| Purpose:In this study,100 patients with blood stasis type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LDH)were collected with information on clinical related conditions and the electrical energy value of 12 meridians in traditional Chinese medicine,combined with Meridian syndrome differentiation,to compare the electrical energy values of the blood stasis LDH and the 12 meridians in the affected side of the patients with LDH and less Yang-type LDH.This paper analyzes the situation of Meridian imbalance,and probes into the correlation between blood stasis type LDH and Meridian,which is used in clinical evaluation and guidance of acupuncture in the treatment of blood stasis LDH-related diseases.Material and method:100 cases of blood stasis LDH patients(all from the second affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine)were designed according to the relevant diagnostic criteria,the clinical Case information collection Table of blood stasis type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation was collected and studied,and the patients with solar meridian and young meridian were screened according to Meridian syndrome differentiation.At the same time,each case was tested for Meridian of TCM.Meridian Detection using JK-02-B TCM Meridian detector(product serial number UN3581,manufacturer Tonghua Heinda Technology Co.,Ltd.),take 12 meridians of the original point(hand yangming large intestine through the selection of Yang Creek acupoint,Foot sun bladder through the selection of the beam bone acupoint)that is,bilateral Tai,mausoleum,Divine Gate,wrist bone,Quchi,Yangchi,Taibai,Too rushing,Tai Creek,hilly market,flushing,beam bone acupoint for signal collection.Finally,statistical software SPSS22.0 was used to statistics the results of meridian Detection,and the imbalance of 12 meridians in patients with blood stasis type LDH was evaluated objectively,and the imbalance of 12 meridians between the solar meridian and the less Yang meridian type was analyzed,and the correlation between meridians and LDH was analyzed.Results:1 in the course of this study,1 patients fell off and eventually included 99 cases,of which 36 were men,36.36% of the total,63 cases of women,63.64% of the total,32 cases of young people(18~44 ?),32.33%,27,old age(?60 years))40 cases,accounting for 40.4%,solar warp type LDH45 case,accounted for 45.45%,less Yang LDH40 case accounted for 40.4%,non-solar warp type and LDH14 case,accounting for 14.14%.2 Compared with the electrical energy value(29.573±7.018)of Zusanli solar bladder through the original acupoint of the primary acupoint(25.496±6.347),the difference of blood stasis type LDH patients was statistically significant(P=0.000),and the electrical energy value of Zusanli yin liver through the original acupoint(20.420±4.235)Compared with the electrical energy value(19.896±4.874)of the primary acupoint,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the electrical energy value(17.513±4.768)of the original acupoint of the Zusanli taiyin spleen.P=0.002),compared with Zusanli,the electrical Energy value(15.182±5.647)of the original acupoint and the electrical Energy value(16.312±6.179)of the primary acupoint,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.025),and the rest of the meridians were not statistically significant compared with the electrical energy values of the primary acupoint(P> 0.05).Among them,the difference of Zusanli solar bladder through the original Acupoint electrical Energy value(31.242±6.044)and the electrical Energy value(23.286±6.675)of the primary acupoint was statistically significant(P=0.000),and the electrical energy value of the Zusanli Yin Liver was affected by the original Acupoint(21.168± 4.511)compared with the electrical energy value(20.967±4.405)of the primary acupoint,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.003),and the electrical Energy value(19.101±3.940)of the Zusanli Taiyin spleen through the original acupoint was compared with the electrical energy value(20.099±4.034)of the original point of the healthy side.The difference was statistically significant(P=0.000),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the electrical energy value(16.609±4.816)of the original acupoint and the electrical Energy value(17.806±5.318)of the primary acupoint(P=0.033).Compared with the electrical energy value of the original acupoint of the healthy side,the rest of the meridians were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Compared with the electrical energy value(29.524±5.294)of Zusanli solar bladder through the original acupoint of the primary acupoint,the difference of the original point(P=0.002)was statistically significant,and the electrical energy value of the Zusanli Yin Liver was affected by the original Acupoint(19.599±3.378).Compared with the electrical energy value(18.864±5.024)of the primary acupoint,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.027),and the difference was statistically significant compared with the electrical energy value(26.491±4.090)of the original acupoint of the healthy lateral acupoint(P =0.000);Compared with the electrical energy value(14.695±4.349)of Zusanli Taiyin spleen through the original acupoint,the difference was statistically significant(17.114±3.514),and the electrical energy value of P=0.023 less yin kidney through the original acupoint(Zusanli)Compared with the electrical energy value(15.781±6.484)of the primary acupoint,the difference was statistically significant(P=0.021),and the rest of the meridians were not statistically significant compared with the electrical energy value of the primary acupoint(P>0.05).Conclusion:1 Patients with blood stasis type LDH had unbalanced bladder meridian,renal meridian,spleen Meridian and Hepatic Sutra,among which,the bladder meridian,renal meridian,spleen Meridian and hepatic sutra were unbalanced in patients with solar percutaneous LDH,and the bladder meridian,renal meridian,spleen meridian,hepatic meridian and Biliary Sutra were unbalanced in patients with less Yang-type LDH.2 The meridian Detection of TCM has certain significance of evaluation and diagnosis,which can be used to evaluate and diagnose patients with blood stasis type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and can be used to guide the clinical treatment of acupuncture,massage and other patients with blood stasis type lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. |
