Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation(Blood Stasis Type)

Purpose: This topic mainly using the method of point massage(qi and blood stasis type)treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion,through clinical observation research,according to a change before and after treatment in patients with symptoms and signs of comprehensive evaluation,evaluation of point massage method(qi and blood stasis type)treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion clinical effectiveness.To evaluate the clinical application value of the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation,and to strengthen the recognition of the spinal nerve post stimulation therapy,and to increase the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation.Method: This topic selection during jan 01 to 2018,2017,changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospital outpatient doctor in patients with lumbar disc prolapse,will conform to the subject of the standard of clinical examination in 72 patients.The treatment method was mainly used to massage the elbow point,and the treatment was supplemented by the palm and rubbing method.The treatment was 3 weeks,and the treatment was treated once a day.To observe and compare the improvement of symptoms of patients before and after treatment for 3 weeks,VAS score and JOA score were used to assess the degree of pain and symptoms before and after treatment,and finally came to a conclusion.Result: After summarizing the data,statistical data were analyzed and processed,and SPSS22.0 was used for statistical software.According to the data results and clinical observation,the efficacy score,JOA score and VAS score were significantly improved after the treatment of the massage therapy(p < 0.05 and p < 0.01).After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.83%,and the clinical efficacy was significant.Conclusion: Point massage method(qi and blood stasis type)treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion in the clinical curative effect,the theory basis for fully,this kind of point massage technique in clinic for promotion,is(qi and blood stasis type)treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion curative effect is a kind of method.
