Clinical Study On External Application Of Huli San Capsule Combined With Panlong Seven Tablets In The Treatment Of Blood Stasis Type Lumbar Disc Herniation

Background:Protrusion of the lumbar intervertebral disc is a chronic disease characterized by pain in the waist and having a lower radiative pain.The patients with the cauda equina may have obstruction of the stool and may even be paraplegic.Low back pain is a great influence on people's life and work.It is one of the most common diseases and frequently occurring diseases in Department of orthopedics.The incidence of lumbar spine 4-5,waist 5 sacral 1 is the highest,accounting for 95%.It is generally believed that men are high in women,which may be related to male labor intensity.Worldwide,the number of new patients is increasing year by year.Scholars both at home and abroad attach great importance to this.Therefore,it is of important clinical significance and social significance to study the disease and choose more suitable treatment to relieve the difficulties of the patients and to restore the normal life and work ability.Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effect of seven tablets of Huli powder capsule combined with Panlong in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with blood stasis type.Methods:In this study,a randomized,controlled design,in strict accordance with the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,according to the random number table,select the Beijing University of Chinese Medicine Dongzhimen hospital during September 2017-2018 March collected 40 cases of orthopedic outpatients belong to blood stasis in patients with lumbar disc herniation.Respectively,the control group(external hulisan capsule group)and treatment group(topical hulisan capsule combined with oral Panlong seven disc)by Oswestry Disability Index questionnaire(ODI),visual analogue scale(Visual Analogue Score,referred to as VAS)and integral evaluation of clinical symptoms and signs of patients with lumbar disc herniation,lumbar and leg pain lower extremity numbness,walking function and life quality of paraspinal tenderness,straight leg raising test,improvement.Results:After treatment,the symptoms and signs of the control group and the treatment group were obviously improved.After treatment,the waist and leg pain,numbness of the lower limbs,walking function,paravertebral tenderness,straight leg raising test and daily life function in the treatment group were more obvious than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS score and the ODI dysfunction index were significantly improved.The comparison of the two groups after treatment,the improvement of the treatment group was significantly greater than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The statistics showed that the two drugs had a certain effect,and the efficacy of the two drugs was greater than that of a single method in the control group.Conclusion:The two groups after treatment ODI,VAS and clinical symptom score were significantly improved,including topical and oral hulisan capsule can increase the efficacy of Panlong seven each other,the clinical symptoms and signs(waist pain,numbness,walking function,paraspinal tenderness,straight leg raising test and daily life)in the control group improved a method is obviously better than the single.Results the clinical symptoms and signs of the patients with protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc were improved by Huli powder capsule and Panlong seven tablets,and the total effective rate was 90%.
