The Enlightenment Of Noddings' Caring Ethics On Improving The Relationship Between Doctors And Patients In Our Country

Doctor-patient conflict in China reached its peak in 2012.With the unremitting efforts of different departments,groups and disciplines,doctor-patient conflict tended to be alleviated and doctor-patient relationship gradually improved.However,through literature review and questionnaire survey,it is found that many people still believe that the current doctor-patient relationship in China is still in a disharmonious state.One of the deep causes of disharmony is the emotional frustration between doctors and patients.To rebuild the trust and care between doctors and patients is the focus of further improving the doctor-patient relationship in China.Based on the main line of doctor-patient emotional deficiency,this paper points out that the current doctor-patient relationship is in a disharmony because of the lack of emotional care,and the emotional problems related to doctor-patient relationship need to be solved urgently.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the research on doctor-patient relationship in China by starting from the caring ethics of Noddings.Nel Noddings advocates the construction of interpersonal relationship with care.She believes that care is a basic element of human life,which is not optional.Caring is a basic relationship among human beings,which is equal and reciprocal.Care,a state of devotion or total devotion,is similar to the sense of responsibility,which is the expectation of caring for each other.The caring person receives the cared person and understands the other party's need,and sends out the caring behavior according to the cared person's need,but the cared person's response and the gratitude care person's caring behavior constitute a complete caring behavior.The core of the ethical theory of care of Noddings is "care" all the time.From the explanation of care to the elaboration of the caring relationship,the goal of the doctor-patient relationship in China is to become the caring relationship between each other.Caring relationship is a kind of relationship of equality and reciprocity.The reciprocity between doctors and patients can maintain the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship to a certain extent.The conditions for the implementation of the three links of caring behavior are: 1.Medical staff and patients understand each other's needs;2.Two,in doctor-patient communication should pay attention to can not be hurt and always reflect ontheir own,to put an end to the only way to hurt each other is into emotion;Third,doctors and patients should learn to love and rely on each other.It is these three factors that urge doctors and patients to carry out emotional contact,strengthen emotional communication,and carry out caring behaviors with heart.Strengthening emotional connection is not a policy issue,there will be no "hard document",rely on the conscious efforts of both sides of the doctor and patient.The harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship in China should be guaranteed from three aspects: first,medical staff and patients should reach empathy,doctors should have compassion,communicate with patients with empathy and reasonableness,empathize with others,and solve the pain for patients by putting themselves in their shoes;2.Patients should actively express the need of "seeking medical treatment" to medical staff,learn to be grateful for the care of medical staff,and extend oneself to others;Iii.Give play to the superiority of "patient-centered" medical service mode,improve and enhance the influence of media opinion on doctor-patient relationship.
