The Study On Doctor-patient Communication In Medical Injury Incidents

Health care is closely related to the vital interests of the people and has always been a hot topic of social concern.At present,China is in a critical period of social transformation and economic structural adjustment.With the advancement of medical policies,the problems and disadvantages of the medical industry are constantly emerging,and the continuous medical disputes have increasingly strained the doctor-patient relationship.As a process of medical practice,doctor-patient communication is the key to guide doctor-patient relationship and solve doctor-patient conflicts.Public opinion events that hurt doctors have become the focus of the confrontation between doctors and patients.In this study,by combing online medical public opinion events in recent three years in China and analyzing the doctor-patient relationship and communication situation in China based on 61 typical cases,the role and significance of doctor-patient communication in medical public opinion events were explored,the main problems and obstacles in doctor-patient communication under the current medical reform environment were identified,and relevant Suggestions were put forward.The study found that with the improvement of public health awareness,patients have higher and higher requirements on hospital service and medical quality.However,under the current medical environment,multiple factors restrict the absolute balance of the interests of doctors and patients.More and more medical disputes and frequent medical injury events lead to the increasingly tense doctor-patient relationship,which not only seriously impacts the medical service market,but also seriously affects the development of China's medical and health undertakings.The absence or inadequacy of doctor-patient communication has become an important cause of violence and injury to doctors,and the repeated selective negative medical and injury reports by the media have also pushed medical problems to the forefront of public opinion.For this reason,medical institutions need to constantly optimize doctor-patient communication,do a good job in crisis management and media public relations for emergencies,optimize their own management while improving public credibility,and repair the image of the hospital.Therefore,in order to build a harmonious medical environment,the implementation of improving doctor-patient communication has become the primary task of medical institutions at this stage.The study of doctor-patientcommunication is not only of medical significance,but also of humanistic and social significance.
