Doctor-patient relationship is a human interpersonal relations, its target for medical staff and patients, and therefore a special social relationships. Patient relationship as an integral part of social relations, and in recent years, the doctor-patient conflicts, frequent medical malpractice cases, the deep-seated causes of the deterioration of the doctor-patient relationship is worth it to explore. Patient relationship is not only reflected in the medical industry, it is able to demonstrate the existence in today’s society is a special behavior and conflict heart. Therefore,the doctor-patient relationship to explore the status and its influencing factors, will help us a more detailed grasp of the current social relations. The complexity and variability of the doctor-patient relationship also reflects to some extent flawed, as well as some psychological and behavioral problems in some of the social system in the community. So for the Study of the physician-patient relationship should be objective problems from starting to grasp the situation and now the doctor-patient relationship, to explore what factors influence the development of the doctor-patient relationship, so since that help identify the root cause of the problem and put forward relevant feasibility recommendations and proposals,so that theory becomes more practical significance.The main contents of this paper include:1. Doctor-patient relationship and the theory analysis.In this study, the doctor-patient relationship between literature and summarize sort, doctor-patient relationship for the theory research and analysis, for the current patient relationship problems and characteristics of specific performance in the presence of: rising medical malpractice, medical constrained economic relations patient relationship, the lack of credibility of these three areas between doctors and patients. For understanding the differences between doctors and patients mainly in the medical staff and patients of the disease are different views on the level of awareness in the course of treatment. For example, the views of the health of the sick understanding of medical uncertainty understanding of the medical results and other aspects of the differences hope.2. And then make recommendations, specifically:to strengthen the doctor-patient communication, good trust, promote harmonious doctor-patient relationship; strengthen their level of medical personnel; strengthening the patient’s ideology, improve patient quality of mutual understanding tolerance and so on.This study was the basis of theoretical research on doctor-patient relationship with the medical staff and patients in this study, these two populations through surveys, medical staff and patients to understand the current view of doctor-patient relationship and the associated problems. And from the medical staff and patients start a comparative analysis of the doctor-patient relationship, discuss the factors which affect the doctor-patient relationship, the purpose is to give the current study doctor-patient relationship to provide a relatively objective research perspective, as well as improvement of the current proposed some solutions tense doctor-patient relationship, and I hope to contribute a little thin edge for the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship.
