| As China’s population ages,people pay more attention to physical and mental health,focus on preventive health care,and the demand for traditional Chinese medicine resources is growing.Especially in the frontier and cold provinces such as Heilongjiang,where the brain drain of young and middle-aged people is severe,the degree of population ageing ranks the third in China.In the context of recreation and health care promoted by the concepts and technologies of medical care,recreation and health care,and intelligent Internet of Things,it is crucial to create a harmonious "doctor-patient relationship" in Chinese hospitals,to clarify the root causes of doctor-patient conflicts and to find effective countermeasures.At the same time,after the media amplification of the "doctor-patient conflict",even injury to doctors,delay in treatment and other events are also more and more widely concerned by society,to both doctors and patients brought great pressure.In order to maintain the normal operation of medical institutions and protect the legitimate rights and interests of hospitals,medical personnel,patients and their families,this paper puts forward the theme of constructing a new type of doctor-patient relationship in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.First,we analyzed the relevant literature on the field of doctor-patient relationship at home and abroad through literature research method,and clarified the overall idea of this study on the basis of previous research results.Taking Z traditional Chinese medicine hospital as the research object,and from the perspective of project management idea and subject of project management,the research is carried out according to the specific needs of both doctors and patients.The 2019 annual outpatient complaint records,outpatient observation logs and other data collated,and based on theoretical sampling of the relevant personnel for semi-open interviews,through the research method of procedural grounded theory,the data obtained from many aspects are three-level coded.Secondly,combined with the relevant raw data,the main factors affecting the effect of the relationship between the objective analysis.From the results of the study,it was found that the influencing factors of the relationship between doctors and patients in the outpatient department of Z traditional Chinese medicine hospital can be classified into two categories:medical technicality and non-medical technicality,there are nine core categories:quality of service,concept of consciousness,quality of management,level of medical treatment,characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,standard of treatment,medical expenses,public opinion and economic income,the interaction of these factors has an important influence on the development of doctor-patient relationship.Finally,the concept of"new doctor-patient relationship" is put forward,to make a new attempt to construct a new doctor-patient relationship,and to clarify the direction of future research.The doctor-patient relationship of public medical treatment is showing a development trend of diversification and rule of law,so efforts should be made to improve the doctor-patient concept and optimize the current external social environment.The training of medical personnel with hospitals as the main body is used to improve the service quality,and the outpatient treatment process is internally optimized by simplifying the refund process and improving the complaint management to prevent the occurrence of doctor-patient disputes.The research results provide effective data support for the status quo of doctor-patient relationship in traditional Chinese medicine hospitals,and analyze the restrictive factors that affect the benign development of doctor-patient relationship,and provide relevant countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of project management,it provides reference for the improvement of management and technical level in traditional Chinese medicine hospital and for the construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship in related medical institutions. |
