| Purpose:After the treatment,the improvement of the memory function,the change of the brain weight,the changes of the brain's weight and the changes of the MAO activity and the content of NO in the brain were detected after the treatment,and the theoretical support and experimental numbers of the combination of acupuncture and medicine in the treatment of senile amnesia were provided.According to it.Material and method:60 SD old male rats were selected and divided into 6 groups(blank group,model group,Chinese medicine group,acupuncture group,acupuncture combination group,positive drug group),10 rats in each group.In the modeling stage,10%Dgalactose reagent was prepared,and the other groups except the blank group were subcutaneously injected into the neck,1 times a day for 42 days to complete the modeling.The results of all groups were detected with Y water maze,and the results of blank group and other groups were compared with SPSS16.0 statistical software.P < 0.05 suggested that the model was successful.At the treatment stage,the Chinese medicine group and the combination group of acupuncture and medicine were made 1 times a day by Prof.Chen Yiguo,and the group was prepared 1 times a day for the positive drug group,and the acupuncture group and the combination group of acupuncture and medicine were 1 times a day after the needle retention needle in Baihui acupoint,all the above treatment factors were continuously carried out for 30 days.Complete the treatment.The results of all groups were detected by Y water maze again.Then all rats were killed,and the brain was weighed,and the activity of MAO in the brain and the content of NO were detected.All data were analyzed by SPSS16.0 statistical software.P < 0.05 had statistical significance.P < 0.01 had significant statistical significance.Results: 1.Y type water maze test results,performance blank group was obviously higher than that of other groups,combination of acupuncture with medicine grade group and positi ve medicine group was obviously higher than that of model group,Chinese medicine,acupuncture group,Chinese medicine and acupuncture group scores significantly higher than the model group.2.The weight of the blank group was significantly higher than that of the other grou ps,and the weight of all treatment groups was significantly higher than that of the m odel group.3.MAO activity detection in rats,the activity of the blank group was obviously higher than that of other groups,the combination of acupuncture with medicine active group and positive medicine group was obviously higher than that of model group,Chinese medicine,acupuncture group,the activity of traditional Chinese medicine group and t he acupuncture group was obviously higher than that of model group.4.The NO content detection in rats,the content of the blank group was obviously hig her than that of other groups,the content of the combination of acupuncture with me dicine group and positive medicine group was obviously higher than that of model gr oup,Chinese medicine,acupuncture group,the content of Chinese traditional medicine group and the acupuncture group was obviously higher than that of model group.Conclusion: 1.Acupuncture at Baihui Point and activating collaterals and intelligent soup can impr ove memory ability in aged rats with forgetfulness.2.Acupuncture at Baihui Point and activating collaterals and intelligent soup can redu ce the atrophy of brain tissue in elderly forgetful rats.3.Acupuncture at Baihui Point and activating collaterals smart soup can reduce the ac tivity of MAO and NO in the brain of old rats.4.Acupuncture at Baihui Point and taking Luo Luo smart soup can treat amnesia in old age,and the effect of acupuncture combined with medicine is better. |
