Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Senile Sudden Deafness By A Combination Of Shengyang Yiqi Huayu Method And Acupuncture

Purpose:Clinical study on Sun Qi and removing blood stasis combined with acupuncture in the treatment of senile sudden deafness.Material and method:A total of 120 cases of senile sudden deafness patients were unilateral sudden deafness were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 cases in the treatment group,60 cases in the control group,the control group was given 0.9%or 5% Sodium Chloride Injection 250 ml Glucose Injection 250 ml,intravenous Shuxuening Injection 70 mg once a day,Mecobalamin Tablets 0.5mg 3 times daily oral prednisolone,40 mg after the ear acupoint injection,then administered 1 times,a total of 5 times.The treatment group in the control group were given oral Yiqi Huayu Decoction Combined with acupuncture method of Sun Microsystems,the two groups were 1 weeks for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses.The curative effect of deafness was evaluated by the criterion of curative effect of sudden deafness,and the curative effect of tinnitus was evaluated by the criterion of judging the curative effect of tinnitus.THI tinnitus disability scale was used to evaluate the effect of tinnitus,DHI vertigo handicap scale,Vertigo effect and VAS visual scale to evaluate the effect of aural occlusion.The blood rheology and fibrinogen changes were evaluated before and after treatment.The enumeration data were analyzed by X2 test,and the paired data were checked by paired t test.The data were analyzed by Ridit.Results:1.The two groups had no significant difference in sex,age and concomitant symptoms.2.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 70%,and that of the control group was 51.6%.The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was significant.3 After treatment of tinnitus and the total efficiency of 62.22%,the total efficiency of the control group 48.89%,THI scale scores of treatment group was lower than that before treatment,with a significant difference;the control group after treatment,THI scale score was lower than that before treatment,with a significant difference,after treatment,THI scorelower than the control group,with significant differences,indicating that the treatment group in the therapeutic effect is better than the control group,with significant difference.4.After treatment,the DHI disability scale score of treatment group was lower than before treatment,there was significant difference.The control group after treatment DHI disability scale score was lower than that before treatment,with a significant difference,the treatment group DHI disability scale score lower than the control group,with significant differences in vertigo treatment group than in control group.5.The VAS scale scores of treatment group was lower than that before treatment,with significant differences,VAS scale control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,with a significant difference,after treatment,VAS score lower than the control group,with significant differences,in the treatment of ear fullness effect group than the control group.6 After treatment,plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear reduced viscosity,middle shear blood reduced viscosity,plasma fibrinogen values lower than before treatment,with significant differences,the control group after treatment,plasma viscosity,whole blood viscosity,whole blood low shear reduction in shear reduction viscosity and plasma fibrinogen values lower than that before treatment,with significant differences in the treatment group,plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear reduced viscosity,middle shear blood reduced viscosity,plasma fibrinogen values lower than the control group,with significant differences in the decrease of blood viscosity and plasma viscosity,whole blood low shear reduction in shear reduced viscosity,plasma fibrinogen,the treatment group is better than the the control group.After treatment,whole blood high shear reduced viscosity value lower than that before treatment,with significant differences,the control group after treatment,whole blood high shear reduced viscosity value lower than that before treatment,with significant differences,the two groups after treatment of whole blood high shear reduced viscosity values were reduced,but there is no significant difference,indicating that the treatment group did not reduce the high blood viscosity reduction effect.Conclusion:Sun sqrb method has certain curative effect with acupuncture in the treatment of senile suddendeafness,reflecting the differentiation of TCM clinical characteristics,can promote.
