Clinical Research On Treatment Of Disharmony Between Liver And Spleen Disorders Of Gastrointestinal Function After Colorectal Cancer Operation About The Combination Of Acupuncture And Medicine

0bjective: According to the theory of the lung and the large intestine being interior-exteriorly related, guide the selection of acupuncture points, combination of acupuncture points and acupuncture combined with medicine, to observe and evaluate the lung meridian acupoints acupuncture combined with Chinese herbal medicine dialectical treatment of disorders of gastrointestinal function after surgery for colorectal cancer(liver spleen Disharmony Syndrome) clinical curative effect. In order to verify the lung and large intestine theory, and combined use of acupuncture and medicine oral and external therapy clinical significance in treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction after surgery for colorectal cancer. Provide new ideas and basis for the treatment of TCM clinical treatment of tumor related functional gastrointestinal disorders.Methods: Selected 60 patients diagnosed with colorectal cancer in postoperative patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction, were randomly divided into two groups: 25 cases in the control group, 25 cases in the treatment group. The control group received Pain and Diarrhea Formula Tongxie prescription and Shenling Baizhu powder and Department of internal medicine routine treatment; the treatment group based on the treatment in control group, and select the lung meridian acupoints and acupuncture to treatment, two weeks for 1 courses, and treatment for 1 courses. Changes of clinical symptom score before and after treatment in the observation and assessment, and the efficacy was judged by statistical method. Results:The total effective rate of control group: the total efficiency of 90%, the total efficiency of experimental group was 93%; the two group in curative effect, effective, effective and invalid. Analysis and comparison of the results with difference(P<0.05), the experimental group was better than control group. Analysis of clinical symptoms: two groups of patients in the main symptoms integral comparison showed no difference, but in the secondary symptoms, especially abdominal pain to depression and mood changes and differences points, the experimental group than in controlgroup(P<0.05).
