ObjectiveKnee osteoarthritis is a serious hazard patient quality of life and social productivity chronic degenerative bone and joint diseases. In this study, through rigorous scientific design and implementation of standardized clinical practice. Under the guidance of the Chinese medicine tendons theory, to analyze the result of clinical efficacy by Fu’s subcutaneous needling pathological features of the lesions of tendons nodes and acupuncture. To explore the Fu’s subcutaneous needling pathological features of the lesions of tendons nodes for the treatment of osteoarthritis of the knee, to provide a theoretical basis for clinical, discover new ways to treatment osteoarthritis of the knee. To improve the quality of life of patients.MethodsThe research collected60cases of knee osteoarthritis patients in accordance with the diagnostic criteria, inclusion criteria. Two groups of30patients collected using randomized single-blind group. All of patients were from the Guangdong hospital of Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine. Observation group treat of Fu’s subcutaneous needling pathological features of the lesions of tendons nodes. Control group treat of acupuncture. The two groups are treated for two courses, a course of treatment lasts five days, two day’s rest after each therapeutic course. By analyzing visual analogue scales (VAS) and Lequesne index score before and after the patients treatment, to evaluate the clinical evaluation of efficacy.Results1.Clinical efficacy after treatment by Ridit analysis, statistically significant (P<0.05). The clinical efficacy of the observation group is better than the control group.2. In the clinical symptoms and signs, before and after treatment the two groups’VAS points and Lequesne index were significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, the observation group and control group VAS points, Lequesne index, statistical analysis show significant difference (P<0.05).3. After treatment, the two groups compared the integral gap of VAS, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The two groups compared the integral gap of Lequesne index, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion1.Two treatment methods can significantly improve symptoms and signs of the knee osteoarthritis patients, observation group clinical efficacy is better than the control group;2. By dialectic of channels and tendons, Fu’s subcutaneous needling pathological features of the lesions of tendons nodes can more greatly reduce the patient’s pain and improve knee function.
