Clinical Study Of Tongmai Sanyu Decoction In The Treatment Of Unstable Angina Pectoris (heart Blood Stasis Type) With Depression

Purpose:Verify scattered YuShang unclogged arteries of coronary heart disease unstable angina(blood stasis resistance type)merge depression in patients with clinical efficacy,and using the method of modern medicine to objective evaluation of the party,new methods provide new way for the treatment of the disease.Material and method:A total of 68 patients were screened for coronary heart disease with unstable angina(blood stasis)combined with depression,and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group 34 patients.The control group was treated with nitric acid esters,beta-blockers,antiplatelet and other conventional western medicine.In addition to the conventional drugs mentioned above,the treatment group was used for 2 weeks.2 weeks after the patients before and after the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,Chinese medicine symptom curative effect,symptom integral Hamilton depression rating scale(HAMD)score change,conventional electrocardiogram(ecg)changes,such as angina pectoris curative effect comparison,using SPSS19.0 statistical software for statistical analysis,scattered YuShang with a objective evaluation on pulse treatment of coronary heart disease unstable angina(blood stasis resistance type)of clinical effectiveness and safety of depressive state of patients.Results: 1.Through the integration of the TCM symptoms in treatment group and control group before and after the treatment,the curative effect of TCM symptoms,proved that the scattered YuShang unclogged arteries of coronary heart disease unstable angina(blood stasis resistance type)merge depression patients can not only improve the patient's clinical symptoms,and the curative effect is superior to the conventional western medicine treatment.2.In angina pectoris curative effect,treatment group total effective rate was 91.17%,control group was 85.29%,the comparison of two groups(P < 0.05)was statistically significant,proving that the western medicine treatment based on the total flux pulse YuShang angina improved obviously.3.In the improvement of electrocardiogram,the total effective treatment group was 79.41%,the control group was 61.76%,and the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).4.At the end of the treatment,the HAMD score of the treatment group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05).Before and after treatment in the control group,there was no significant change in HAMD score before and after treatment(P BBB 0.05),which showed that the tongmai powder was effective in improving the depressive state.Conclusion: 1.Tongmai powder soup can effectively improve the angina symptoms of patients with unstable angina(blood stasis)and depression.2.Tongmai powder soup can effectively reduce the TCM syndrome score of patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina(blood stasis)and depression.3.Tongmai powder soup can effectively improve the electrocardiogram of patients with unstable angina(blood stasis)and depression.4.Tongmai powder soup can effectively reduce the HAMD scale score of patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina(blood stasis)and depression,thus proving that Tongmai powder soup is effective in the treatment of patients with depression.
