| To observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqihuoxuebusheng soup cooperating with weastern medicine Isosorbidi Dinitras and Aspirin in treating unstable angina pectoris(UA) of coronary heart disease.Methods:There were 84 patients conforming to the diagnostic standard of UA of coronary heart disease. They were randomly divided into two groups: treated group 42, control group 42. Two groups patients all conventionally ate weastern medicine Isosorbidi Dinitras and Aspirin , treated group added with Yiqihuoxuebusheng soup , a dose every day , each 200ml, twice daily.4 week as one therapeutic course. Weobserved before and after treatment clinical effect, effect of electrocardiogram(ECG), improvement of syndromes and change of blood liqid and blood rheology .Result:After 4 weeks, in the treated group, clinical effective rate was 95.2% , and effective rate of electrocardiogram was 69.0% .While in the control group, clinical effective rate was 71.4%, and effective rate of electrocardiogram was 47. 6%. There were significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05) . There was significant difference between before and after treatments in the total scores of the two groups (P<0. 05) . Before and after treatments the comparision for each items of blood liqid and blood rheology was significant difference (P<0. 05) , Yiqihuoxuebusheng soup cooperating with weastern medicine had a better effect in treating qixuxueyu type and Yangqixushuai type than others.ConclusionYiqihuoxuebusheng soup cooperating with weastern medinine had a better effect than the control group in treating UA in clinical effect,effect of electrocardiogram (ECG), improvement syndromes and change of blood liqid and blood rheology, worth to be extended and used farther. |
