| Purpose:To explore the clinical effect of Huoxue Tongmai Anshen Decoction on unstable angina pectoris(heart blood stasis type)with insomnia,and to evaluate it objectively by modern medical methods,so as to provide a new method and new ideas for the treatment of this disease.Material and method:Sixty patients with unstable angina pectoris and insomnia were selected from the Department of Cardiology,Shengjing Hospital,affiliated to China Medical University.The patients in the control group were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional Western medicine,such as crown dilatation(isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets or isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release capsules),anti-platelet aggregation(aspirin tablets),lipid-lowering stable plaques(atorvastatin calcium tablets or rosuvastatin calcium tablets),sedation and hypnosis(diazepam).On the basis of routine drugs,Huoxue Tongmai Anshen Decoction was added.The two groups of patients with hypertension,diabetes mellitus and rapid ventricular rate were given symptomatic treatment for 2 weeks.Two weeks later,the curative effect of angina pectoris symptoms,ECG changes,changes of TCM syndrome scores,improvement of insomnia symptoms,and changes of Pittsburgh sleep index scores were compared.The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.The objective evaluation of Huoxue Tongmai Anshen Decoction in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris with insomnia was made.Clinical efficacy and safety.Results:1.As for the curative effect of angina pectoris,before and after treatment,the scores of angina pectoris in the two groups were all P < 0.05;after treatment,the scores of angina pectoris between the two groups were P < 0.05;the total effective rate of the treatment group was 87%,and that of the control group was 70%.The comparison of the curative effects between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.05)had statistical significance,proving that Huoxue Tongmai Anshen Decoction was added to the conventional western medicine treatment for angina pectoris.Treatment can improve the curative effect.2.In the improvement of ECG,the total effective rate was 77% in the treatment group and67% in the control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05),but the treatment group was better than the control group,proving that Huoxue Tongmai Anshen Decoction could improve myocardial ischemia.3.The scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment were compared,P < 0.05;after treatment,the scores of TCM symptoms in the two groups were compared,P <0.05;after treatment,the efficacy of TCM symptoms in the two groups was compared,P <0.05,which proved that Huoxue Tongmai Anshen Decoction could not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(angina Pectoris of blood stasis type)accompanied by insomnia,but also had excellent curative effect In routine western medicine treatment.4.Insomnia,the Pittsburgh score of the treatment group and the control group were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment(P < 0.05);Pittsburgh score of the two groups after treatment was compared between groups P > 0.05;the total effective rate of improving insomnia symptoms of the two groups after treatment was compared,P > 0.05,indicating that the treatment group and the control group had the same effect in improving sleep.Conclusion:1.Huoxue Tongmai Anshen Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of angina pectoris and myocardial ischemia of ECG in patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris(heart blood stasis type)and insomnia.2.Huoxue Tongmai Anshen Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms related to TCM syndromes in patients with unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease(heart blood stasis type)and insomnia.3.Huoxue Tongmai Anshen Decoction can effectively reduce the Pittsburgh Sleep Index Scale score and insomnia symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease unstable angina pectoris(heart blood stasis type)and insomnia,thus confirming the effectiveness of Huoxue Tongmai Anshen Decoction in the treatment of insomnia symptoms.. |
