Observation On The Clinical Efficacy Of 59 Cases Of Thin Endometrial Infertility

Purpose:Through observation of the diagnosis and treatment of 59 cases of thin endometrial infertility,the distribution of TCM syndrome type in this disease was discussed,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on the treatment of the disease was analyzed,and the clinical experience of the treatment of the disease was concluded and summarized.It provides a new way of thinking for the treatment and research of infertility caused by endometrial thinning.Methods: The clinical pregnancy rate,the endometrial thickness and the endometrial blood flow parameters(PI,RI)were compared before and after the treatment by analyzing the dialectical and recreational drugs of 59 patients.With 3 courses of treatment(menstrual cycle)as the observation period,after 3 cycles,statistical differences between the data of each group were statistically analyzed,and the clinical effect of the tutor in the treatment of the disease was obtained,and the clinical experience of the tutor in the treatment of the disease was analyzed.Results:The proportion of the 59 patients with kidney deficiency liver depression was larger.After the treatment of Chinese medicine,11 cases were successful,the clinical pregnancy rate was 18.6%,and the endometrium thickness of the endometrium was improved(P<0.05)and the intrauterine membrane blood flow parameters(PI,RI)were improved(P <0.05),the difference was statistically significant,and TCM clinical symptoms improved,comprehensive efficacy evaluation: the effective rate was 20.3%,the effective rate was 71.2%.Conclusion:My tutor's understanding of the pathogenesis of endometrial infertility: kidney deficiency,liver depression,blood stasis and spleen deficiency;dialectical typing: kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,spleen and kidney deficiency type,kidney deficiency liver depression;experience characteristic: dialectical treatment,reregulating congenital kidney,with liver dredging,activating blood circulation and invigorating spleen,and obtaining good clinical curative effect.
