The Clinical Efficacy Evaluation Research Of "Pei Tu Zeng Ye" On The Receptivity Of Endometrium In Infertility(Spleen And Kid Ney Deficiency Type)

Objective:Comprehensive evaluation of the clinical efficacy and safety of Pei Tu Zeng Ye Treatment in improving endometrial receptivity in infertility patients.That is in order to provide a safe,effective,good compliance to replace estrogen or reduce estrogen natural medicine,conducive to the clinical promotion and application of Zishenpeimo herbal paste.Methods:In strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the subjects were collected in Sichuan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology outpatients and special needs outpatients,through random grouping into control group,experimental group.The experimental group was treated with Zishenpeimo herbal paste,bid,1 tbsp each time,and take it on an empty stomach in the morning and evening,for 21 consecutive days.The control group was given estradiol valerate tablets on the 5th day of menstruation,2mg qd,for 21 consecutive days.Treatment cycle is 3 months,if pregnant during treatment,need to stop drugs.Observe and count before and after treatment and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome integral,E2,P,endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow PI,resistance index RI,endometrial morphology type,and endometrial blood flow type to judge the efficacy.And look at the safety metrics to determine safety of Zishenpeimo herbal paste.The data were analyzed by SPSS 25.0 statistical software,the count data were tested by t-test,the classified data were tested by χ2-test,and the non-normal distribution or grade data were tested by wilcoxon rank sum test.Results:After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups were different than before treatment.The efficacy indicators include: endometrial thickness,morphological type,endometrial blood flow type,PI and RI of endometrial blood flow,serum estradiol,menstrual and TCM syndrome scores.After treatment between the two groups,it was found that there was no significant difference in E2 between the Zishenpeimo herbal paste group and the control group,P> 0.05,and progesterone contrast P <0.05.Comparison of endometrial thickness,endometrial shape,and type of blood flow revealed that P> 0.05.The difference between PI and RI groups was significant(P < 0.05).There was difference in menstrual score between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM syndrome scores were significantly different between the two groups,P < 0.05,and from the single symptoms in the two groups were found in comparison,such as dry vagina,low vaginal discharge,weak waist and knees,dizziness,tinnitus,poor appetited and indigestion,stool thinning,sleep disorder were less in the experimental group than in the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:Using of "Treatment of Peituzengye" as the principle of Zishenpeimo herbal paste can improve the estrogen and progesterone in infertility patients,Increase intimal thickness,improve intimal morphology,reduce intimal vascular resistance,enrich intimal blood supply,ultimately improve ER,suitable for clinical application.
