Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Endometrial Thin Infertility With Kidney Essence Deficiency Type By Yang Mo Zhu Yun Pack And Femoston

ObjectiveBy studying the treatment of endometrial thin infertility with kidney essence deficiency type by Yang Mo Zhu Yun Pack and Femoston.It compwered the endometrial thickness,subendometrial blood flow parameters,pregnancy and TCM syndrome improvement before and after treatment between the two groups.The clinical efficacy,which provides a baswas for the clinical treatment of thin endometrial infertility.MethodAccording to the random number table method,60 infertility patients with endometrial thin were included in the study and then were divided into two groups with 30 each one.The treatment group:Yang Mo Zhu Yun Pack+Femoston,and the control group:Femoston.The two groups were given medication for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles and followed up for 3months.Organize and analyze the collected data.Results(1)Comparwason of general data:There were no differences in age,infertility years,type of infertility,endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow,and TCM syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).(2)Endometrial thickness:The endometrial thickness of two groups,the treatment group was(9.01± 1.23)mm,the control group was(8.32±1.10)mm,and the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).The effective rate of two groups,the treatment group was 96.6%,the control group was 90%.There were no difference in the effective rate(P>0.05).(3)Endometrial blood flow(PI,RI,PSV):After treatment,two groups' PI and RI were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group were lower;two groups' PSV were increased,and the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).(4)TCM syndrome scores:After 3 months of treatment and 3 months of stop treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).(5)Efficacy of TCM syndromes:After 3 months of treatment,the TCM syndromes effect of the treatment group was 100% and the control group was 73.33%,the treatment group was higher.After 3 months of stop treatment,the TCM syndromes effect of the treatment group was 96.55%,the control group was 46.67%,the treatment group was higher(P<0.05).(6)Pregnancy:The pregnancy rate was 24.14% in the treatment group and 20% in the control group.There were no difference in the pregnancy rates between the two groups(P>0.05).(7)Menstrual volume:The meridian scores after treatment and after drug withdrawal were lower in the treatment group than in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).ConclusionTreating thin endometrium infertility(kidney essence deficiency type)with the Yang Mo Zhu Yun Pack and Femoston can improve TCM syndromes,endometrial thickness,endometrial blood flow,and pregnancy rate,which is worth clinical application.
