Objective: To observe the clinical eff ect of Yangchao Zengmo Decoction in the treatment of thin endometrial infertility,kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and provide clinical treatment ideas and methods.Methods:Methods from February 2020 to December 2020,60 patients with thin endometrial infertility(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type)were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine,while the treatment group was given Yangchao Zengm o Decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared by observing the changes of TCM clinical syndrome score,endometrial thickness and type,uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index,and clinical pregnancy rate before and after treatment.Results:(1)Observation of the therapeutic effect:the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7%,and that of the control group was73.3%,indicating that the clinical effect of the treatment group was better(P<0.05).(2)Changes of TCM syndrome score: the TCM syndrome score of the two groups decreased significantly,but the effect of the treatment group was better(P<0.05).(3)Endometrium thickness and type:the endometrial thickness and type a endometrial cases of the two groups increased compared with those before treatment,but the treatment group had more advantages(P<0.05).(4)Uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index: the uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,but the improvement effect of the treatment group was better(P<0.05);Both groups can improve the uterine artery resistance index,and the curative effect of the two groups is similar(P>0.05).(5)Clinical pregnancy rate:the pregnancy rate of the two groups increased compared with that before treatment,but the treatment group had more advantages in improving the clinical pregnancy rate(P<0.05).Conclusion: Yangchao Zengm o decoction can effectively improve the clinical total effective rate of patients with thin endometrium infertility,increase the endometrial thickness,increase the proportion of type a endometrium,improve the endometrial environment from the thickness and morphology,reduce the uterine artery pulsatility index and resistance index,and then improve the uterine artery blood flow perfusion,increase the endometrial receptivity and clinical pregnancy rate. |
