Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Endometrial Thin Infertility With Kidney Qi Deficiency Symptom By Yigong Yang Bao Decoction

Objective: To observe the curative effect of Yigong Yang Bao Decoction in the treatment of endometrial thin infertility with kidney qi deficency syndrome.Through statistical analysis,comparison of endometrium thickness,PI and resistance index(RI),TCM syndrome effect,clinical pregnancy rate and safety of drug use before and after treatment are compared.It can provide more effective medical measures for infertility patients with poor endometrial growth.Method: This subject was selected from 09 months 2016 to November 2017 in the Department of gynecologic outpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi traditional Chinese Medicine University,which conforms to the standard endometrial thin and TCM Syndrome Differentiation for the kidney qi deficiency syndrome as the research object,and divided into the treatment group and the control group randomly,each 35 cases.In the course of the study,there were 3 cases due to various factors,including 1 cases in the treatment group and 2 cases in the control group;34cases were actually completed in the treatment group and 33 cases were actually completed in the control group.The two groups of patients began to take medicine on the 5th day of menstruation.The treatment group was given1 dose of yigong yangji decoction,which was divided into morning and evening,and stopped taking the medicine after ovulation.The control group was given 1mg supplement,bid,until the 21 st day of the menstrual cycle.Both groups in the menstrual cycle of 8 ~ 10 days and B ultrasonic monitoring follicle size,endometrial thickness,endometrial,PI,RI and follicles discharge,monitoring three menstrual cycles observed two groups of cases of endometrial thickness,endometrial artery blood flow parameters of the PI and RI,TCM symptoms curative effect,clinical pregnancy rate and drug safety situation,observe and record adverse reactions in a timely manner.Statistical software SPSS20.00 was used to analyze data.Results:(1)The total effective rate of the two groups was compared: the total effective rate of Yigong Yang Bao Decoction group was 88.24%,and the total effective rate of the tonifying group was 81.82%,and the difference between the two groups was not significant(P<0.05).(2)There was significant difference in endometrial thickness between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).(3)The comparison of the blood flow parameters of the two groups of endometrium: the pulsation index(PI)and the resistance index(RI)of the two groups were lower than those before the treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(4)The total curative effect of the two groups of TCM syndromes was compared: the total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).(5)After treatment,the pregnancy rate of the treatment group was 35.29%,and the pregnancy rate of the control group was 30.30%,with no significant difference(P>0.05).(6)Comparison and analysis of drug safety: there was no obvious adverse reaction in the two groups of patients in clinical treatment and after treatment.The results of the three routine,liver and kidney function and electrocardiogram were not obviously abnormal.Conclusion: Yigong Yang Bao Decoction can effectively increase the thickness of the endometrium,improve the clinical symptoms,improve the receptivity of the endometrium,and improve the clinical pregnancy rate.It is one of the effective methods for the treatment of endometrial thin infertility.The mechanism may be related to the improvement of endometrium blood perfusion by Yigong Yang Bao Decoction.Oral administration of Chinese medicine has no obvious toxic and side effects,and it is easy to take the dosage form.It is easy for patients to accept and insist on it,and the curative effect is remarkable.
