Purpose:To observe the clinical efficacy of the fire acupuncture therapy in the treatment of apoplexy after the stroke, and to provide a more effective treatment for the treatment of apoplexy.Material and method:In this study,60 patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected, and the randomized digital table method was divided into two groups, the treatment group and the control group. Both groups were given basic treatment and ordinary acupuncture treatment, and the control group was treated with the fire acupuncture therapy. Before and after the treatment, the improved the Ashworth grading and Fugl-meyer motor function score were selected to evaluate the patients' side lower limbs, and the data were analyzed by SPSS17 software. Results: 1.Comparing the improvement of the Ashworth grading and the Fugl-meyer motor function scores in the control group, the results showed that there was a significant difference between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment(P < 0.01).2.Comparing the treatment group and the control group with the improved the Ashworth grading before and after the treatment, the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the improvement of the Ashworth grading in the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the difference in the improvement in the two groups after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Comparing the scores of the Fugl-meyer motor function before and after treatment between the treatment group and the control group,it was concluded that there was no statistically significant difference between the Fugl-meyer motor function scores in the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05),and the difference in the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01).4.The treatment group and the control group were statistically significant in the lower extremity of the lower extremity muscle tone, and it was significantly different in lower extremity motor function. Conclusion: 1.Both the treatment group and the control group had significant changes in lower extremity muscle tone evaluation and motor function score(P < 0.01),indicating that both the fire acupuncture therapy and the simple acupuncture treatment had obvious curative effect after stroke.2.The difference between the treatment group and the control group in lower extremity muscle tone was statistically significant(P < 0.05),indicating that the fire acupuncture therapy was better than the simple acupuncture treatment in reducing the lower extremity muscle tension of the patients.3.The treatment group and the control group have distinct differences in the function of the lower extremity motor function, which suggests that the fire acupuncture therapy is better than just the simple acupuncture treatment in the lower extremities.4.Compared with he simple acupuncture treatment, the fire acupuncture therapy is more effective in improving lower limb movement of patients compared to lower limb muscle tone.
