Study On The Treatment Of Premature Ventricular Beat With The Interventions Of Buchangwenxin Particles

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the wenxin pellet for the treatment of ventricular premature beat heart. To distinguish the differences between the various TCM syndrome types in clinical effect and further explore the clinical drug laws.Methods:To collect the 100 patients who meet the diagnostic criteria in patients with premature ventricular beat of coronary heart disease from the Cheng Du University of TCM affiliated hospital's cardiological out-patient and in-patient departments(From May 2009 to January 2011). The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was treated with wenxin pellet, take 13.5g each time, take 3 times a day. The control group was treated with XinLuPin Table, take 150mg each time, take 3 times a day. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. To observe the symptom score and the correlative examinations were taken before and after the treatment.Results:1.The comprehensive efficacy of two groups:The total effective rate of treatment group was 76% and control group was 78%. There was no statistic difference between two groups (P>0.05).2.The Holter ECG of two groups:After treatment, the degree of premature ventricular beat of two groups were decreased (P < 0.05),but there was no statistic difference between two groups (P> 0.05). 3.The syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine:The effect of treatment group was better than control group. There was significant difference between two groups (P< 0.05).4.The Holter ECG and syndrome of TCM for the 5 TCM syndrome types:There was no statistic difference between Qi-Yin Deficiency group and Stagnation of Heart-Blood group (P>0.05); There was significant statistic difference, which compare with Heart Vacuity, Gallbladder Timidity group and heart-Yang deficiency group and Heart blood asthenia group (P<0.05). The clinical effect of the wenxin pellet for the Qi-Yin Deficiency group and Stagnation of Heart-Blood group were better than other three groups.5.There was no significant adverse reactions and abnormal safety problems.Conclusion:The wenxin pellet have better clinical effect for Qi-Yin Deficiency group and Stagnation of Heart-Blood group in the treatment of premature ventricular beat of coronary heart disease.
