Clinical Observation On 70 Cases Of Stroke Hemiplegia Treated By Acupuncture Of Head, Eye And Body Acupuncture

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of exercise acupuncture on apoplectic hemiplegia,to verify the feasibility and reliability of the therapy,and to provide a basis for the treatment of stroke hemiplegia patients and to lay a foundation for further study..Methods:Selected 70 patients,who met the observation conditions from the Department of Neurology of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese medicine,divided them into two groups.Based on the application of basic drugs and rehabilitation treatment,they were treated by exercise acupuncture and conventional acupuncture respectively.After treatment,evaluation of the efficacy of two groups of patients with "The criteria for the diagnosis and efficacy of apoplexy",and compare the muscle strength,daily living ability,and the recovery of nerve function between the two groups with the 6-level muscle force grading method,routine energy strength table(Barthel index)and clinical neurological impairment degree scoring standard(1995).Results: 1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age,sex,course and scores before treatment,P > 0.05.2.Comparison of the efficacy of stroke between the two groups: there were 35 cases in treatment group,7 cases were cured basically,18 cases of significant progress,progress in 9 cases,little progress in 1 cases,0 cases were invalid,the apparent efficiency of 71.43%;in control group,two of the 35 patients were cured basically,notable progress 11 cases,progress 17 cases,slight progress 4 cases,invalid 1 cases,apparent effective rate 37.14%.The patients in the treatment group were significantly higher than that of the control group in the effective rate(P < 0.05).3.After treatment,the muscle strength,activities of daily living and neurological impairment were significantly improved in the two groups(p<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Both the exercise acupuncture of head,eye and body and the routine acupuncture treatment can play a good therapeutic effect on stroke patients with hemiplegia.2.The exercise acupuncture of head,eye and body can obviously improve the muscle strength,the activity ability of daily life and reduce the degree of neurological impairment in stroke patients with hemiplegia.3.The therapeutic effect of the exercise acupuncture of head,eye and body on apoplectic hemiplegia is better than that of conventional acupuncture therapy.
