Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Spastic Hemiplegia After Stroke By "Antispasmodic Correction" Acupuncture

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of phlegm and hemiplegia after stroke in the treatment of "resolving and correcting deviation",to evaluate its effectiveness and provide a reliable basis for clinical practice.Methods:This subject will meet the inclusion criteria of 66 patients with post-stroke hemiplegia,according to the random number table method,randomly divided into "dissolving and correcting" acupuncture group(treatment group)34 cases and ordinary acupuncture group(control group)32 cases.The treatment group was treated with acupuncture treatment of “resolving and correcting deviation”.One week of acupuncture for 6 days and 2 weeks for one course of treatment;a total of 2 courses of treatment were given,the control group was given acupuncture treatment,and the acupuncture was given for 6 days,2 Week is a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Before and after treatment,the patient's muscle tone,motor function,and daily living ability were scored,and the patient's therapeutic effect was evaluated.Results:1.There was no difference in gender,age,pathogenesis,course of disease,modified Asworth score,Fugl-Meyer score and ADL score between the two groups before treatment.The two groups could be compared.2.After treatment,the comparison between the two groups showed that the modified Asworth scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the Fugl-Meyer and ADL scores were higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,indicating that the “resolving and correcting” needle method and Ordinary acupuncture is effective in treating hemiplegia.3.After treatment,the comparison between the two groups showed that the modified Asworth score,Fugl-Meyer score and ADL score were statistically significant.The modified Asworth score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group,Fugl-Meyer of the treatment group and The ADL scores were higher than those of the control group,indicating that the treatment of sputum hemiplegia after stroke was better than the common acupuncture group.Conclusion:1.The "resolving and correcting" acupuncture method and the common acupuncture method have a good curative effect on the treatment of spastic hemiplegia after stroke.2.The "resolving and correcting" acupuncture method is better than the ordinary acupuncture group in improving the degree of paralysis of the limbs and improving the motor function and daily living ability of the patients.It shows that the treatment of hemiplegia after stroke is better than ordinary needle.
