The Design Of The Operation Plan Of The Inner Mongolia Mongolia Medical Pension And Rehabilitation Project

With the increasingly severe forms of aging,China is facing huge pension problems at present and in the future,and the aging process in Hohhot,Inner Mongolia is also a trend of rapid development.The elderly care services for the elderly,disabled,demented,and solitary.Demand is growing.At present,the old-age market in Hohhot belongs to the basic support stage.The old-age products are in a single form,the service is low-end and the supply is insufficient.Now the old people's concept of old-age care has undergone profound changes,and they have begun to accept migratory bird-type pensions,resort-style pensions,and quality-type health care.Diversified new forms of old-age care,the current old-age care institutions in the old-age market are far from meeting the market demand of the aging industry.Based on the above situation,the Inner Mongolia International Mongolian Medicine Retirement Rehabilitation Project develops a life-cycle pension complex with its inherent geographical location and natural environmental resources.This paper combines the same type of pension project with similarities at home and abroad to conduct research and data collection,combined with case analysis to design an operational model that is applicable to a variety of formats,and through scientific methods,develops a relatively appropriate operation for the project.The model is used for reference in the later stages of the project,and provides a reference plan for the operation mode of Inner Mongolia and similar old-age complexes.
