Research On Healthy Pension Model Based On Individual Pension Preferences

In recent years,with the deepening of the aging of our country and the obvious trend of aging,more and more the disabled elderly are appearing.The general office of the state council issued a notice on promoting medical and health care and pensions in 2015,it put the service of combining health care and pensions on the agenda,and health pension problems have become the focus of social and governmental concerns.At present,many provinces and cities in our country have been actively engaged in the service of combining health care and pension,and have formed a healthy pension model with different characteristics.However,the health care models of districts are not perfect,and there is the problem of homogeneity of service content,shortage of supply resources and unclear subject of supervision.The thesis focuses on the health care system,and expounds from the following three aspects:Firstly,the thesis defines the related concepts of the health pension.Using the theories of Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs,Utility and Preference,health management and health promotion,the paper explains the theoretical basis of health care model.On the basis of this,this thesis introduces the practice experience of Denmark,the United States and Japan,and summarizes the implications for the improvement of China's health pension model.Secondly,this thesis analyzes the health care policy and the pattern development in China,and summarizes the developmental characteristics of China's health care.At the same time,in view of the elderly individual pension in Beijing,the thesis analyses the influence factors of different health care system choice from the aspects of the elderly own situation,family status and personal income situation.Based on practice and empirical research,it puts forward the existing problems in health care system,to perfect the development of the health care system of our country and provide policy recommendations.Finally,according to the existing problems in the development of health care system in China,the thesis puts forward policy suggestions for perfecting our country's health care system from finance payment system,demand and supply level and supervision level four angles.From financing and payment systems,we need to establish a diversified financing channel and improve the construction of payment system.At the level of demand,we need to improve the classification and classification standards for the elderly,and build a diversified and healthy pension model.At the level of supply,we need to improve the health care of standards,rules and guidelines,to strengthen the construction of health care professionals and support social capital in healthy endowment services;On the supervisory level,we will strengthen the responsibility of the government and improve the supervision of the health care service.
