The Clinical Observation Of RPH-4 Combined With Self-made Prescriptions In The Treatment Of Internal Rectal Prolapse And Constipation

Purpose:Through the traditional theory of traditional Chinese medicine combined with modern medical methods,explore the RPH-4 to joint the party for the treatment of rectal prolapse constipation in clinical curative effect,emphasizes the necessity of the overall treatment plan,determine the guiding significance to the fluid mechanics,for this method is widely applied in clinical provide sufficient scientific in accordance with the certificate,and to further explore new train of thought of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of constipation.Material and method:To choose between December 2015 and June 2017,60 cases of anorectal hospital admissions in liaoning province rectum prolapse constipation patients,according to the proportion of 1:1 by random allocation method is divided into two groups,each group 30 cases.Treatment group: rph-4 combined with the treatment modality,control group: pure RPH-4 treatment.Record observation before and after treatment symptoms integral(defecation frequency,defecate feel,defecation time,the symptom such as feeling of endless defecate),excrement character points,the first defecation time,postoperative recovery,postoperative incision pain,postoperative nuclear bleeding,postoperative anal function,and so on and so forth),and postoperative recurrence of 3,6 months,by comparing the content of two groups of curative effect.In this study,SPSS17.0 was used to analyze the data.Results: 1.The treatment group: the total effective rate was 100%,the cure rate was 93.3%,control group: the total effective rate was 96.6%,the cure rate was 73.3%,P<0.05 statistically significant,indicating that the effect of treatment group is better than the control group.2.Constipation primary symptom integral comparison: two groups after treatment in patients with constipation was markedly reduced the primary symptom integral,P<0.05 statistically significant,suggesting that the two groups of treatment all can improve the symptoms of the disease,but in the two groups after treatment symptoms integral comparison,P<0.05,with significant difference.It showed that the treatment group had an advantage in improving the main symptoms of constipation.3.Comparison of postoperative time of defecation and postoperative bleeding in postoperative period: after systematic examination and analysis,P<0.05 was statistically significant,and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Comparison of postoperative recovery conditions:1,7 days after surgery,the pain symptoms in the anal incision were compared with P<0.05,and the treatment group was significantly different than the control group.The functional status of anus was compared with P>0.05,no statistical difference.5.Compared with the follow-up of 3 and 6 months after surgery,comprehensive observation showed that the recurrence rate of treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.Conclusion: 1.Both the two groups can improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,but the combination of RPH-4 and self-preparation is superior to that of RPH-4 alone.2.RPH-4 combined with self-prescription can reduce the recurrence rate in half a year after operation than that of RPH-4 alone.This method has the advantage of good long-term effect and low recurrence rate.3.The combination of RPH-4 and self-prescription shows the characteristics of minimally invasive and radical cure in modern medicine,and the curative effect is remarkable,safe and reliable,so it is worthy of further study and discussion.
