Clinical Curative Effect Observation Of The Internal Rectal Prolapse In The Collapse Of Middle Qi Type Are Treated With Buqiyizi Decoction

Purpose:This research will probe into the curative effect of the Internal Rectal Prolapse in the collapse of middle Qi Type is treated with Buqiyizi Decoction with Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids(PPH).Means:There are 60 patients conformity with the inclusion criteria in this study,according to the method of randomized divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group treated with PPH and Buqiyizi Decoction,the control group simple to treated with PPH.We will study the following projects:The number of defecation、The time of defecation、Sensation of rectal tenesmus、Endless defecate feeling、Microscopic examination of the anus;According to the 2 groups of patients in the following time:pro-operation、after one week、after two weeks and four weeks after discontinuation.All datas were analysised by statistical software SPSS 20.0.Results:l.The number of defecation.The time of defecation:after one week,after two weeks and four weeks after discontinuation the treatment group and control group had the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at the same time it was significantly different among 2 groups(P<0.05).2.Sensation of rectal tenesmus、Endless defecate feeling:after one week、after two weeks and four weeks after discontinuation the treatment group and control group had the the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after one week it was not significantly different among 2 groups(P>0.05);after two weeks and 4 weeks after discontinuation it was significantly different among 2 groups(P<0.05).3.Microscopic examination of the anus:after one week,after two weeks and four weeks after discontinuation the treatment group and control group have the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at the same time it was not significantly different among 2 groups(P>0.05).4.The treatment group,26(86.67%)cases healed completely well,2(6.67%)cases had marked effect,2(6.67%)cases had effect,the recovery rate was 86.67%and the total cure rate was 100%.The control group,17(56.67%)cases healed completely well,9(30%)cases had marked effect,2(6.67%)cases invalid,2(6.67%)cases without effect,the recovery rate was 56.67%and the total cure rate was 95.8%.5.During the course of therapy,both of the groups had no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.From this study we know that in the number of defecation and the time of defecation:after one weeks,after two weeks and 4 weeks after discontinuation the treatment group better than the control group.At the same we get the conclusion that in sensation of rectal tenesmus、endless defecate feeling after one weeks it was not significantly different among 2 groups;after two weeks and 4 weeks after discontinuation it was significantly different among 2 groups.At last we know that in microscopic examination of the anus the treatment group and control group have the difference was statistically significant,but it was not significantly different among 2 groups.2.The Buqiyizi Decoction have definite effect for the treatment of internal rectal prolapse,but the treatment group has an obviously priority than the compare group in 4 weeks after discontinuation.3.During the course of therapy,the treatment group has no serious adverse reactions.
