The Clinical Efficacy Of RPH (automatic Hemorrhoids Ligation) Combined With Xiaozhiling Injection In The Treatment Of Rectal Prolapse

Purpose:Observation of the clinical efficacy of RPH(Rui Yun Procedure For Hemorrhoids)combined with Xiaozhiling injection in the treatment of Internal rectal prolapse(mild to moderate).Material and method:A total of 60 patients with Internal rectal prolapse(mild to moderate)admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Anorectal Hospital of Liaoning Province)from March 2015 to June 2016 were selected.All patients were divided into two groups by random number table method,Each group of 30 cases.There were no significant differences in gender,age,course of disease and symptom score before treatment(P> 0.05),The two groups are comparable.The treatment group was treated with RPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection.The control group was treated with Xiaozhiling injection.The patients were treated with routine symptomatic treatment.The clinical curative effect of the two groups was observed,the symptom score before and after treatment and the therapeutic effect of 3 months and 6 months follow-up were analyzed and evaluated.The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 statistical software.Results:1.30 patients in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 100.00%;the control group of 30 patients,the total effective rate was 93.33%.2.After treatment,the symptom scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P?0.05),and the degree of symptom score in the treatment group was greater than that in the control group(P?0.05).3.Two groups of patients were treated with randomized clinical efficacy,At 3 months after treatment,the relapse rate was 0 in the treatment group and 7.14% in the control group,There was no significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P?0.05),At 6months after treatment,the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 0;the recurrence rate in the control group was 19.23%,The recurrence rate of the two groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion:1.Two methods of treatment of Internal rectal prolapse(mild to moderate)are effective in improving the clinical symptoms of patients,RPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection is better than Xiazhiling injection method.2.Application of RPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection half a year after the recurrence rate was lower than the simple use of Xiaozhao injection.3.RPH combined with Xiaozhiling injection method based on the theory of fluid mechanics under the guidance of rectal prolapse due to treatment,to eliminate the clinical symptoms caused by abnormal variables,morphological changes in pathological changes,the clinical efficacy is obvious,Worthy of clinical application.4.Clinical application of automatic hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of Internal rectal prolapse(mild to moderate)treatment is feasible and expanded the indications for RPH.
