To Observe The Curative Effect Of Concurrent Operation For Mixed Hemorrhoids Complicated With Internal Rectal Prolapse

Objective:The study Milligan hard Note rectal surgery plus internal fixation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids prolapse combined direct clinical efficacy and safety, to provide a reference for the choice of surgical approach clinically.Methods:Select the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Anorectal30patients met the inclusion criteria combined straight mixed hemorrhoids rectal prolapse patients within a treatment group, a hard row Milligan Note rectal surgery plus internal fixation;30cases of mixed hemorrhoids rectal merger patients in the control group off, the hard-line Milligan injection technique. The comparison of the treatment group and the control group anal bleeding, postoperative anal cases, anal microscope field of view changes before and after surgery, bleeding hemorrhoids off period, after defecation, treatment and follow-up and so on. In order to verify that the hard Milligan Note rectal surgery plus internal fixation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids prolapse combined direct clinical efficacy and safety.Results:Treated patients after surgery anal cases, anal microscope field of view changes after surgery, postoperative defecation, treatment compared with the control group of patients, there was a significant difference (P<0.05); hemorrhoids treated patients in the fall bleeding, bleeding after surgery, and other aspects of the efficacy of prolapse symptoms compared with the control group of patients, no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Use the hard Milligan Note rectal surgery plus internal fixation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids combined direct mucosal prolapse, with the one-line note Milligan hard compared to the combined treatment of mixed hemorrhoids straight in the mucosa prolapse, anal fall in inflation, the anal microscope field of view changes before and after surgery, postoperative bowel condition, the treatment effect was significant difference; while bleeding and surgical bleeding in hemorrhoids shedding, and other aspects of the efficacy of prolapse symptoms, no significant difference between the two. Use the hard Milligan Note rectal surgery plus internal fixation in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids combined direct mucosal prolapse, avoiding the risk of reoperation, to some extent, reduce the financial burden on patients, more susceptible patients, with significant economic and social benefits; using the hard Milligan Note rectal surgery plus internal fixation combined treatment of mixed hemorrhoid patients within mucosal prolapse straight, safe, effective and worthy of promotion.
