Huangqin Soup Retention Enema For Mixed Hemorrhoid Postoperative Clinical Research

Objective: This study by Chinese medicine retention enema for mixed hemorrhoidpostoperative clinical observation, to understand its clinical effect, mechanism of action,for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine retention enema in treatment ofmixed hemorrhoid surgery to provide effective basis.Methods: This study will be includedin the standard of60patients, according to the doctor order number1~63, randomlydivided into two groups, treatment group32cases on the basis of mixed hemorrhoidpostoperative treatment to Huangqin soup retention enema, don’t do processing controlgroup on the basis of routine treatment, observation of two groups of patients withpostoperative pain, anal belly, defecation, stool, anal edema, and record in the form ofintegral, then carries on the statistical processing and analysis its curative effect.Results:Clinical studies have shown that1day after the treatment of two groups in theimprovement of pain, a margin of edema, anus belly, defecation, stool were no significantdifferences (P>0.05);On the third day after treatment in improving the belly, anus boweldisorders, a margin of edema has no significant difference (P>0.05), in the aspect ofimproving pain had significant difference (P <0.05);5and7days after the treatment groupin improving the postoperative pain, a margin of edema, drop, anus bowel disorders havesignificant difference (P <0.05).It can shorten hospitalization time and wound healing time,improve patient satisfaction.Study results suggest the hemorrhoid soup retention enema formixed hemorrhoid surgery can improve postoperative pain, anal belly, defecationdysfunction, bloody, and symptoms such as edema.Conclusion: Huangqin soup retentionenema for mixed hemorrhoid can improve postoperative pain, anal belly, defecationdysfunction, bloody, and symptoms such as edema, can also can shorten hospitalizationtime and wound healing time, improve patient satisfaction, no obvious adverse reaction, isa safe and effective treatment method, for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of mixed hemorrhoids postoperative pain, anal belly, a margin of edema,defecation dysfunction, the symptom such as bloody provides new train of thought.
