Observation On The Clinical Effect Of Shoulder Throwing Therapy In The Treatment Of Fractures Of Surgical Neck Of Humerus

Purpose:To compare with and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of fractures of humerus surgical neck with Neer? by the method of shoulder swinging and splint immobilization.Material and methods:Sixty patients with fractures of humerus surgical neck were admitted from January 2016 to October 2017,which were all from Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.These sixty patients were divided into two group,thirty patients underwent small splint immobilization,and thirty patients underwent shoulder swinging.The treatment was observed under the X-ray and the shoulder joint function.Compared with each other on Constant-Murley Score: Includes Pain score,Range of Motion(ROM score),Activities of Daily Living(ADL score),and Manual Muscle Test(MMT score).To evaluate the clinical effect of shoulder therapy on the fractures of humerus surgical neck with Neer type III.Results: 1.The Shoulder Constant-Murley scoring system scores of group shoulder swinging at 1 month after discharge are higher than those of group splint immobilization(P score<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant),2.The ROM score of the group splint immobilization was slightly lower than that of the group shoulder swinging at 3 month after discharge by statistical analysis of P score> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.The rest of the scores of the group splint immobilization were all lower than those of the group shoulder swinging by statistical analysis of P score<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate was also better than the splint immobilization group(P score<0.05).3.The pain score,ROM score,MMT score of the group splint immobilization was slightly lower than that of the group shoulder swinging at 6 month after discharge by statistical analysis of P score> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.compared by statistical analysis of P score> 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant.ADL score,Constant total score of the group splint immobilization were lower than those of the group shoulder swinging by statistical Analysis P score<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The total effective rate was also better than the splint immobilization group by statistical Analysis P score<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.The results show that the efficacy of the two treatments gradually converge.Conclusions: 1.For elderly patients with Neer type III fractures of humerus surgical neck,shoulder swinging therapy had a good effect on the early activity of shoulder joint in the early stage of shoulder joint function recovery.2.The results show that the efficacy of the two treatments gradually converge.
