Effect Of Combine Longzhong Traditional Chinese Medicine Lotion With Rehabilitation Exercise On Shoulder Joint Function Postoperative Fracture Of Surgical Neck Of Humerus

Objective:Objective to explore the effect of Longzhong Traditional Chinese medicine lotion on the shoulder function and fracture healing of humeral surgical neck fracture after rou tine rehabilitation exercise.Methods:In this study,60 cases of surgical neck fracture with neer type of ? type o r ? type were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group and the control group i n 30 cases in the orthopaedic surgery of the Gansu Hospital of TCM from June 2016 to O ctober2017.The Control Group was treated by Rehabilitation exercise,and the treatment gr oup Combined with Longzhong Traditional Chinese medicine lotion.The shoulder joint fun ction was evaluated after 2 weeks after operation,4 weeks after operation,8 weeks postoperat ively and 12 weeks after operation with Constant-murley shoulder joint function evaluation;In follow-up to evaluation the clinical healing time of fractures;A pain visual analogue scal e(VAS)was used to score pain after 2 weeks after operation,4 weeks after operatio n,8 weeks postoperatively and 12 weeks after operation;Two groups of patients at 12 wee ks postoperatively to evaluate the clinical curative effect.Results:(1)There was no significant difference(P>0.05)between treatment group an d control group in terms of sex,age and fracture classification.(2)There was no significan t difference(P>0.05)in Constant-murley shoulder function scores in the two groups of pat ients after 2 weeks after operation,and it was comparable;there was comparable differen ce in pain,ADL,ROM,muscle strength and total scores at 4 weeks after operation in the t reatment group and control group(P<0.05);There were statistically significant difference s in pain,ADL,ROM,muscle strength and total scores between the treatment group and th e control group at 8 weeks after operation(P<0.05);and there was no significant differenc e in pain,ADL,ROM,muscle strength and total scores between the treatment group and t he control group at 12 weeks after operation(P>0.05).(3)In the follow-up evaluation of th e fracture clinical healing time,the treatment group compared with the control group ha s a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).?VAS scores of two groups of patients,2 weeks after surgery,there was no significant difference of VAS scores(P>0.05);After 4 weeks and 8 weeks postoperative VAS scores were significantly different(P<0.05);12 weeks after surgery,there was no significant difference of VAS sco res(P>0.05).?Comparison of clinical efficacy of two groups of patients,Treatme nt group 23 cases were cured,7 cases improved,no failed,Control group 16 cases were cured,14 cases improved,no failed,Compared the two groups(P<0.05),beco me statistically significant.Conclusions:Treatment of surgical neck fracture of humerus by using Longzhong Tr aditional Chinese medicine lotion combined with rehabilitation exercise,It can alleviate p ostoperative pain,improve ADL and ROM,increase the level of muscle strength and impr ove the function of shoulder joint;At the same time,it can shorten the clinical healing tim e of fracture and lower VAS score;The clinical effect better than single rehabilitation exercises.
