Rejection Of Treating Humerus Surgical Neck Fractures Of Theshoulder

Objective:This study retrospectively compared the rejection shoulder therapy and two open reduction and plate fixation method for the treatment of humeral surgical neck fractures in elderly clinical effect.The restoration of shoulder function and the probability of complications after treatment to analyze whether the differences in the two methods as well as the presence of statistically significant differences in the presence or absence of humerus surgical neck fractures by both methods.Further clinical treatment of fractures of the class to provide guidance, and also for the rejection therapy in elderly blunt shoulder humeral surgical neck fractures provide evidence.Method:All patients were followed up for6months, the results show:rejection between treatment groups with shoulder surgery group, no significant difference, P>0.05, not statistically significant. Using Neer shoulder function score, good shoulder function recovery rate of92.86%, the complication rate of7.14%. All surgical patients were clinically healed without malunion,2patients shoulder stiffness, shoulder function exists to some extent restricted activity, no surgical incision infection, plate and screw breakage, no cases of blood vessels, nerve injury. Surgical treatment of patients using the same Neer function score, excellent shoulder function measured rate90.00%,10.00%complication rate. Incidence of complications between the two, P>0.05, not statistically significant.
