| Objective:Observation of restoration practices shaping ultra-splint fixation for the treatment of shoulder humerus surgical neck fracture, in the prevention of further displacement of fractures and in fractures, the healing, recovery of shoulder function results. Explore the shaping of shoulder splint fixation for the treatment of super-surgical neck of humerus fracture mechanism, and reveal the mechanism of their treatment.Methods:60 patients were randomly divided into treatment group 30 cases and 30 cases of the control group, treatment group were fixed shoulder shaping governance super-splint control group using conventional four-in-one splint fixation for the treatment, respectively, after treatment the same day, one week and 2 weeks in two groups of fracture re-displacement, the fracture and comparing the situation of the place, and after treatment at two months and four months when the observation of fracture healing and functional recovery and so on target.Results:The overall clinical efficacy of the treatment group was superior to the control group; in the prevention of fracture displacement aspects of the treatment group once again is superior to the control group; fracture of spaces compared to the situation in a month,2 months, no significant differences in the treatment group on four priority in the control group; the treatment group in the shoulder joint functional activities are obviously better than the control group; aspects of fracture healing at 4 months was no significant difference overall, but 2 months after fracture healing treatment group was significantly faster than the control group.Conclusion:Restoration practices shaping ultra-splint fixation for the treatment of shoulder humerus surgical neck fracture healing time is short, the functional recovery of the fine and difficult to shift, fixation, etc., and can further reduce the fracture displacement, fracture malunion, dysfunction and other complications.
