Observation On The Curative Effect Of Water Acupuncture Combined With Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Sequelae Of Peripheral Facial Paralysis

Purpose:To observe the clinical curative effect of acupoint Injectied of Mecobalamin combined with acpuncture in the treatment of sequelae of facial paralysis,to provide a safety and efficient new treatment for sequelae of facial paralysis.Material and method:This research included in 70 patients with sequelae of facial paralysis.These 70 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,35 patients in each group.Treatment group with acupoint Injectied of Mecobalamin combined with acupuncture.Control group with only acupuncture.Acupuncture treatment to both two group on affected facial side on yangbai?sibai?yingxiang?renzhong?chengjiang?xiaguan?dicang,hegu on the healthy side.2 weeks is a treatment course in acupuncture therapy with each course of treatment is 2 days apart,continuously treating for 2 courses.Treatment group additional with acupoint injection on sibai?qianzhneg?jiache?dicang?xiaguan and collect three acupoint in each treatment,Each acupoint was injected into 0.1-0.3ml according to the thick of muscle.Acupoint injection is treated twice a week,totally 4weeks.We evaluate the patients with “Sunnybrook grading system” and “10 items score of Bell”,All data was analyzed with SPSS22.0 to conclude whether treatment group is better than control group.Results: 1.The treatment group and the control group can reduce the degree of facial paralysis before and after treatment(P<0.05)according to “10 items score of Bell”.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).2.The treatment group and the control group both inprove degree of facial paralysis before and after treatment(P<0.05)according to “Sunnybrook grading system”.The treatment group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).3.On the basis of “10 items score of Bell” and “Nimodipine rule” the total effective rate of the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 82.86%,and the control group was 68.57%.The treatment group was higher than the control group.There was a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.Acupoint injectied of Mecobalamin combined with acupuncture and acupuncture treatment of sequelae of facial paralysis have a certain effect.2.The therapeutic effect of acupoint injectied of Mecobalamin combined with acupuncture is better than acupuncture treatment.
