All the patients took the ST36injection once a day, fifteen times as a course, and three courses altogether. Besides, patient in the treatment group adopted the method of superficial needling alternate days, fifteen times as a course, and three courses altogether. Between each course of treatment, all patients have five days for rest. Based on the collection of data with House-Brackmann rating score and Bell’s ten scoring method, and using SPSS18.0statistical analysis software for data processing. And according to the result of the analysis, compare the clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results1ã€There were no significant differences in the general cases and the facial features activities between the two groups before treatment. It showed that the two groups were comparable (P>0.05).2ã€After treatment both the treatment group and the control group had significant differences (P<0.05),which showed that two kinds of treatment methods for the improvement of facial features activities were effective. What’s more, the improvement in the therapy group was better than the control group (P<0.05). The other to improve the index of the treatment group and the improvement of the indexes after treatment compared with difference (P<0.05), and improve the indexes of treatment group was obviously higher than that of control group improved scores, the former is47.87%, which is35.43%. So can also be concluded that the treatment group on the improvement of the facial movements degree is better than the control group.3ã€The result showed that the total effective rate of treatment group was80%while the control group was60%. The significant efficiency and cure rate of the treatment group was36.67%while that of control group was13.33%.The two groups has significant difference in the total effective rate (P<0.05).Also there was difference in the significant efficiency and cure rate between them (P<0.05). It can deduce that the total effective rate and the significant efficiency and cure rate of the treatment group were better than that of in the control group.Conclusion1. The study showed that the treatment group was effective for the treatment of facial paralysis sequelae.2. The study showed that the therapeutic effect of treatment group was better than control group. What’s more, the former is more trial function recovery in facial functional recovery.3.
