| Objective: Through to summarizes of the tutor for clinical treatment of facial paralysis the facial paralysis qi thorn acupuncture point group and compared with the conventional acupuncture effect of prescription in the treatment of facial paralysis. Explore the superiority of the method for clinical treatment of facial paralysis in the future to provide a more economical and effective, simple and quick treatment.Method: 60 clinical cases of facial paralysis were divided into observation group and control group using random table Doll ’s according to the proportion of 1:1.Each group have thirty cases. Find out of observation group: the forehead three needles, upper eyelid and lower eyelid three needles, nose three needles, upper lip and lower lip three needles, neck three needles, save bamboo, Yang white,4white, zygomatic liao, buccal car, warehouse, or valley. Find out of control group: Yang white, 4 white, zygomatic liao, buccal car, warehouse and valley. Two groups of treatment for a period of treatment, 6 times for a period of treatment,Each course take a day off, observation of ten procedures. After a course of treatment, a outcome measure will be given for the continuous and dynamic observations of two groups of the evaluation changes of the patients.Results:(1)Two groups of facial nerve function within the total group comparison before and after the treatment were very significant differences(P<0.01);significant differences between total group after treatment(P<0.05), Observation group was better than the control group.(2)The two groups before and after treatment within a single static view group comparison were very significant differences(P<0.01);Comparison between groups, after treatment had a very significant difference(P<0.01),The mouth and chin lip ditch two symptom scores have significant difference(P<0.05),the observation group was better than the control group.(3)In the two groups before and after treatment of a single dynamic view was all in the group and has a very significant difference(P < 0.01); Comparison between groups after treatment, the disease evaluation and dynamic view combined had significant difference(P<0.05), the observation group was better than the control group.(4)Overall efficacy compared two groups was very significant difference(P<0.01), the observation group was better than that of control group and observation group cure rate, show the efficiency and total effective rate were higher than the control group.Conclusion: The facial paralysis qi spines point group curative effect was superior to conventional acupuncture prescription, could effectively shorten the treatment course, improve the cure rate, for the acupuncture treatment of facial paralysis provided a simple and effective treatment method. |
