Clinical Observation Of Jiawei Chengqi Decoction In The Treatment Of Mild Acute Pancreatitis With Heat-suppression Of The Organs

Purpose:To observe the curative effect of Jiawei Chengqi decoction in treating severe acute pancreatitisMaterials and Methods: Observing patients with acute heat-associated mild acute pancreatitis who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2016 to January 2018,40 patients who met the selection criteria were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group.Both groups were given fasting,gastrointestinal decompression,rehydration,anti-inflammatory and Western medicine conservative treatment.The observation group was added to Jiawei Chengqi Decoction on the basis of western medicine conservative treatment.The abdominal pain and abdominal distension scores were recorded before and after treatment.The white blood cells and amylase in the peripheral blood of the patients before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results: The treatment was effective in both groups.20 patients were observed in the observation group,13 cases were clinically cured(65%),5 cases were markedly effective(25%),8 cases(40%)were cured in the control group,and 3 cases(15%)were markedly effective.There were differences in the proportion of clinical cure and marked effect,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The relief of abdominal pain and abdominal distension was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Both blood amylase and leukocyte counts decreased in both groups,and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).
