The Clinical Observation On Acute Pancreatitis By Chaishao Chengqi Recipe And Tongxia Huoxue Recipe

Objective:To compare the clinical curative effects before and after the treatment through western medicine group and combination group,and observate the effect of Chaishao Chengqi recipe and Tongxia Huoxue recipe to acute pancreatitis patients' peripheral blood serum interleukin 10(IL-10),interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor(TNF-?)changes in the concentration index.To discuss the possible mechanism of acute pancreatitis and provide theoretical basis for the traditional Chinese medicine treatment of acute pancreatitis.Moreover,through observation the biological,physical,social field,the change of the environment before and after treatment to provide a new thinking.Methods:Selected 40 patients who conformed the diagnostic criteria,and all the acute pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into western medicine group and combination group,and each group had 20 cases.Western medicine group had given the conventional treatment such as fasting,supplement of blood volume and electrolyte,continuous gastrointestinal decompression,and inhibit pancreatic secretion of drugs such as omeprazole static drops,closely monitoring support other important viscera function,given intravenous infusion(parenteral nutrition),use of antibiotics to prevent infection.Combination group had the basis western medicine comprehensive treatment,while giving Chinese medicine group Chaishao Chengqi recipe and Tongxia Huoxue recipe.Compared before and after treatment in patients with routine blood,blood amylase,CT clinical routine indexes after two weeks treatment.Then depending on the degree of symptoms in patients with comparison before and after treatment symptoms integral,and using ELISA method to detect the expression of patients serum's IL-6,IL-10,of TNF-? before and after treatment.Results:Compared with western medicine group,combination group' s blood routine,blood amylase recovery rate were significantly faster and the clinical effects were significantly better(P<0.05),and the expression of IL-6 and TNF-? were significantly decreased(P<0.05),the expression of IL-10 was increased(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chaishao Chengqi recipe and Tongxia Huoxue recipe have obviously positive effect to alleviate symptoms of acute pancreatitis,and they can shorten the course of the disease and improve prognosis.The mechanism might be related to reduce the expression of IL-6 and TNF-?,higher the expression of IL-10.
