| Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Jiawei Taohe Chengqi Decoction on postoperative abdominal distension patients after thoracolumbar fractures, observe the improvement of symptoms such as abdominal distension and abdominal pain after taking Jiawei Taohe Chengqi Decoction,so as to demonstrate the treatment of thoracolumbar fractures by oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine decoction After the clinical efficacy,to provide the basis for clinical treatment. Methods:The research time of this study was from May 2020 to December 2021.All cases were from the first ward of the Department of Orthopedics,Hubei Provincial Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine.Patients who were diagnosed with fresh thoracolumbar fractures and underwent posterior surgery and postoperative abdominal distension.According to the sequence of hospitalization, the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,30 cases in each. All patients included in the trial underwent posterior internal fixation of thoracolumbar fractures under the same conditions. They all received general anesthesia and received routine postoperative care. The observation group was treated with Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction, and the control group was treated with lactulose oral liquid.Observation was started after treatment, and the time to the first flatulence and the first defecation of the patients were recorded, and the scores of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and low back pain were recorded before treatment and after one course of treatment, and were statistically analyzed.Results:1.In terms of age, sex, fracture segment, and operation time, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Comparability exists between the two groups.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in the scores of abdominal distension, abdominal pain and low back pain before treatment(P > 0.05).Comparability exists between the two groups.3.Judging from the time of the first exhaust and defecation, the time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.In terms of symptom improvement, the scores of abdominal distension, abdominal pain, and low back pain between the observation group and the control group after treatment were compared, and the scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.After treatment,10 cases in the observation group were cured,12 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,2 cases were ineffective, and the total effective rate was 93.3%;in the control group,5 cases were cured,6 cases were markedly effective,13 cases were effective, and 6 cases were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 80%.The effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, which was statistically significant by the rank sum test(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Taohe Chengqi Decoction has obvious functions of promoting exhaust and defecation, and plays an important role in promoting the recovery of gastrointestinal function after thoracolumbar fractures. The degree of abdominal pain and low back pain can significantly relieve postoperative discomfort symptoms. Therefore,Jiawei Taohe Chengqi Decoction is an effective method for the recovery of abdominal distension after thoracolumbar fractures, and it is worthy of clinical application. |
