Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Acute Pancreatitis With Hyperlipidemia By Modified Chaiqin Chengqi Decoction

Objective:To study the effect of ChaiQinChengQi Decoction in treatment of mild and moderate hyperlipidemic acute pancreatitis and to explore its mechanism.Method:80cases of acute hyperlipidemic pancreatitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,40cases for each group. According to the acute physiology and chronic health evaluation II score or (and) modified CT severity index score of patients at admission, each group were divided into mild acute pancreatitis and severe acute pancreatitis. The control group was treated with routine western medicine, the treatment group added ChaiQinChengQi Decoction on the basis of routine western medicine treatment, daily a agent. Records of patients admitted to hospital first day, seventh day, fourteenth day of abdominal distention, abdominal pain score and biochemical index, hospital stay, hospital costs. Compare the efficacy of two kinds of methods.Result:1.. The clinical curative effect of treatment group and symptom curative effect is better than that of control group, the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05); The abdominal pain and abdominal distension relief time and defecate recovery time of treatment group were shorter than control group, the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05);2.The triglyceride decline in value, high density lipoprotein on the rise, APACHEII scores decline of treatment group were greater than the control group, the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05); The hospitalization days, fasting days, hospitalization cost of treatment group were less than the control group, the difference was statistical significance (P<0.05); The changes value of total cholesterol, low density lipoprotein, serum amylase and serum glucose was no statistical significance (P>0.05);3. The decreased value of TG,AMY and APACHEII score in MAP patients were less than MSAP patients, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The fasting days, days of hospitalization, cost of hospitalization of MAP patients were less than MSAP patients,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); The comparison of TC, LDL,AMY,GLU changed values in MAP patients and MSAP patients was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Conclusion:ChaiQinchengQi Decoction can improve curative effect, can quickly alleviate symptoms, can quick lower TG and APACHEII scores, can increase HDL, and can shorten the recovery time, reduce hospitalization costs. The mechanism may be related to reduce systemic inflammatory response syndrome, improve microcirculation and early recovery of gastrointestinal motility.
