Study On Xiaoyao Pills In Treating Depressive Disorder After Cerebral Infarction

Cerebral infarction is a common disease.In recent years,it has been found that patients with cerebral infarction with depressive disorder have gradually increased.Depression after cerebral infarction belongs to the category of"depression"in Chinese medicine.Hysteresis is the pathological basis of the disease.Emotional anxiety is a factor that promotes development;Liver depression and spleen deficiency are the central link of pathogenesis.Xiaoyao Pill has the power of relieving liver depression,regulating Qi,strengthening spleen and blood,cutting the disease,so it has achieved a good effect.In this paper,we use randomized blind observation method to study the effect of Xiaoyao Pill in treating depression disorder after cerebral infarction and explore the mechanism of Xiaoyao Pill in treating depression disorder after cerebral infarction.Objective:To study spearheading the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction therapeutic effect and to explore the mechanism.Methods:Patients who met the enrollment criteria were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method,42 patients in the experimental group,40 patients in the control group and fluoxetine in the control group.The course of treatment is 3 months.Results:Of the 42 cases in the test group,5 were cured,16 were effective,14 were effective,7 were invalid,and the total effective rate was 83.33%;In the control group,7 cases were effective,15 cases were valid,18 cases were invalid,and the total effective rate was 55%.The difference was significant?P<0.05?and the experimental group was superior to the control group.The experimental group improved depression in patients and increased 3-methoxy 4-hydroxybenzene glycol sulfate in the urine of patients(3-methoxy-4-hy-droxyphenylylene glycolsulfonate,Both MHPG·SO₄ and 5-hydroxyindole acetic acid5-hydroxyindoleacetetic acid?5-HIAA?increased emissions compared to the control group.The efficacy mechanism may also be related to the promotion of the metabolite MHPG·SO₄ and 5--HIAA excretion of the central neurotransmitter norepinephrine?NE?and serotonin?5-Hydroxyptamine,5-HT?.Conclusion:1.This study observed that Xiaoyao Pill was better than fluoxetine in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction with the randomized double-blind control method.2.The mechanism of Xiaoyao Pill for the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction may be achieved by enhancing the release of central nervous transmitters NE and 5-HT and strengthening the function of NE and 5-HT energy systems.
