Objectives To explore the morbidity rate, causes, related factors, risk factors, expression of Post-Cerebral Infarction Depression, as well as the effect of anti-depression treatment on functional rehabilitation. Methods We studied 202 cases with cerebral infarction confirmed by examining with CT or MRI.We diagnosed Post-Cerebral Infarction Depression and estimated SSS and ADL,meanwhile they were asked to finish SDS independly, according to the score of SDS. HAMD were estimated . Cases with post acute cerebral infarction depression were divided into two groups.one group accepted anti-depression drug, the other group accepted regular therapy. SSS,ADL and HAMD were estimated at the couse of first day, 15th day, 1month, 3month, 6month and 9month .All dada were statisticed throw SPSS.Results â‘ The morbidity rate of Post-Cerebral infarction Depression was 37.62%.There was no statistic meaning between PCID without expression and PCID with expression in the morbidity (P>0.05), the same as male and female.â‘¡ There is an increasing gradually tendency in the morbidity of post acute cerebral infarction during the course of 1-9 months.â‘¢There is an higher morbidity of PCID in linger effect stage. â‘£ Anti-depression drug can relieve the degree of depression ,and can ameliorate neurologic impairment during the course of 3 ,6months,9months and improve the ability of the dialy living. Conclusion ?PCID is a frequent and long-term complication in patients with cerebral infarction.(2)PCID has a great influence on speed of rehabilitation and defection degree of nerve function.(3)Anti-depression drug can relieve the degree of depression and ameliorate neurologic impairment and improve the ability of the dialy living. (4)We should realize the importance of detection and treatment of PCID as quickly as possible.
