Eye-elfctro Aclupuncture For The Treatment Of Depression After Cerebral Infarction By Clinical Research

Objective:The changes of HAMD scale and SSS scale before and after treatment were compared,the curative effect and total effective rate of the eye-electro acupuncture treatment group and the routine acupuncture control group were compared,to evaluate the clinical effect of the eye-electro acupuncture on depression after cerebral infarction.To provide an safe and effective treatment for patients with depression after cerebral infarction.Methods:Numbering 90 patients divided into the eye-electro acupuncture treatment group and the routine acupuncture control group.The base treatment was used in both groups,basic treatment includes routine drug symptomatic treatment and scalp acupuncture treatment.In addition to the basic treatment,eye-electro acupuncture treatment group was treated with eye-electro acupuncture,and the control group was treated with electro-acupuncture.The patients in both groups were given 40 minutes of needle,once a day,14 days as a course of treatment,a total of 1 courses of treatment.HAMD scale,SSS scale and statistical analysis were performed before and after treatment.Results s(1)HAMD scale and SSS scale before and after treatment were compared between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that both the eye-electro acupuncture and routine acupuncture could improve the HAMD scale score and SSS scale score of the patients.(2)HAMD scale and SSS scale of two groups of patients after one courses of treatment were compared,and the difference was significant(P<0.05),which indicated that the curative effect of the eye-electro acupuncture was better than that of routine acupuncture.(3)The curative effect and total effective rate of two groups after one course of treatment were compared,the difference was significant(P<0.05),and the results showed that the total effective rate of the eye-electro acupuncture in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction was higher than that of the conventional acupuncture.Conclusion:(1)Both eye-electro acupuncture and routine acupuncture are effective in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction,and can improve the scores of HAMD scale and SSS scale in patients with cerebral infarction.(2)The curative effect of the eye-electro acupuncture in the treatment of depression after cerebral infarction is better than that of conventional acupuncture.(3)The therapeutic effect of the eye-electro acupuncture on depression after cerebral infarction is accurate.It has unique advantages in improving the depressive state and the degree of neurological deficit,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
