Research On The Feasibility Of Integrating Nursing Etiquette Teaching Into Physical Training

With the continuous development of China's spiritual civilization,the masses of people no longer simply ask for the treatment of the disease,but the quality of medical services in the process of treatment.Therefore,the emphasis of service provided by our medical staff has gradually changed from "disease-centered" to "patient-centered".At present,there is a serious shortage of human resources in the nursing services of major hospitals in China.Researchs show that the overall quality of nursing staff cannot fully adapt to the requirements of social development with the constant changes in the doctorpatient relationship.According to the investigation,there is a serious shortage of highquality nursing staff and core talents in major municipal hospitals in jinan especially in the first line of nurses,which leads to the increasing workload of nursing staff.Therefore,when they provide nursing services for patients,they tend to put more emphasis on operation than etiquette with bad personal emotions in clinical work,which will affect the quality of service.Jinan Vocational College of Nursing is the only higher vocational college under Jinan Health Planning Committee.More than 90% of the graduates of this college will enter the hospital for clinical work every year,and more than 95% of the students who are working in the front-line positions will contact with patients and their families face to face.Therefore,the college pays special attention to the quality and skills of students in school education.Nursing etiquette is a required course of professional theory and practical skills for improving students majoring in nursing.Based on the daily behavior and etiquette,the course combined with the professional ethics and code of conduct of nursing staff to fuse the etiquette content into the clinical operation.The purpose is to improve the students' personal image and temperament and standardized the students' professional ethics.In the practical training of this course,the content and purpose of body training is associated with the puroose.Therefore,I suggest that the combination of body training should be appropriately introduced in the practical training course and regarded as an important part of the teaching process.It is believe that students are bound to benefit from the traning for body shape,working posture and mannerism.On the other hand,the combination of body training,it will contribute to the teaching of nursing etiquette.In this paper,with the experiment for a semester,I combined with the interview of experimental students,as well as feedback collation from the experimental class students to get a conslusion that one-semester targeted physical training exercises will be helpful for the students to master the nursing etiquette theory.Meanwhile,the practical application ability of students in clinical practice has been improved accordingly.Research conclusions:1.The teaching content of physical training in physical education class can promote the teaching of "body posture" and "working posture" in nursing etiquette teaching.Moreover,the effect of body training is different in different teaching stages.The effect of adding body training in mid-term teaching is obvious.2.In the teaching plan of nursing etiquette,the teaching time of practical training should be increased,so the theoretical knowledge can better guide the practical operation and lay a foundation for the future clinical work of students.
