Objective:Dai minority is a national Buddhist, in this study, analysis and interpretation of multidimension on the Dai traditional psychological adjustment, the role of religion, to find areasonable scientific connotation with psychological adjustment function, reveal the impactof the Yunnan Dai minority mental health and related factors, to supplement and improvethe national minority religious psychology, promote the academic connotation of Hannationality and ethnic psychological adjustment methods of compatibility andcomplementarity in a certain extent, has important historical and realistic significance tofurther maintain the Dai minority social harmony and social stability and psychosomatichealth.Method:This topic through literature study, investigation, interview and scale on theXishuangbanna Dai religion related data collection and analysis.Result:1.Dai believers can really through the Buddhist psychological remain in a relativelyhealthy state, problems can as soon as possible through the Buddhism regulation andresume normal;2.Dai happiness values were reached and exceeded the national norm, the subjectivewell-being is relatively strong;3.Dai People’s positive psychological well-being is higher, emotional state is morestable, more likely to experience positive emotions. Conclusion:Preliminary exploration for thousands of years, the Dai people and strengthen"positive psychology" that consolidate continuously through the temple education andtraditional customs of worship Budda, and to ease the psychological pressure and variousproblems to adjust their emotional balance through the five internal organs, makes theindividual and the whole nation’s health, happiness, interpersonal communication, becauseof "the heart" and "balance", the internal and external balance, harmony all keep in thebest state.
