OBJECTIVE: To investigate the TCM syndrome types,the distribution and combination of syndromes of diarrhea,and the rules of TCM syndromes of diarrhea through a retrospective study of modern literature on diarrhea,in order to reveal the TCM syndrome system of diarrhea and The advantages and characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in treating diarrhea,improve the understanding of clinical syndromes and therapeutic drugs for diarrhea,provide guidance for clinical syndrome differentiation of modern Chinese medicine,lay the foundation for further in-depth research,and provide valuable materials for clinical research.And basis.Method: This study firstly included the Chinese Science and Technology Periodical Database(VIP),China Journal Full-text Database(CNKI)and Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform Database for nearly 20 years(January 1,1998-December 31,2018)The modern research literature of diarrhea Chinese medicine or combination of Chinese and Western medicine is the research object.The information of syndromes,syndrome types,dialectical elements and prescriptions of TCM patients with diarrhea is extracted,and a database is established.Statistical software is used to perform statistical analysis such as frequency and clustering.And combined with the theoretical knowledge of Chinese medicine for generalization and analysis.Result:1.This subject has a total of 274 articles,64 pediatric diarrhea and 210 diarrhea in adults.There are 44 kinds of syndrome differentiation standards for adult diarrhea literature,and 18 kinds of diagnostic syndrome standards for diarrhea literature.There are many types of standards and applications are not uniform.The areas of the adult and pediatric diarrhea literature included in this time are China's 31 provincial administrative regions and China's 23 provincial administrative regions.Higher medical colleges are the main force in the study of diarrhea,followed by affiliated hospitals in higher medical colleges.2.There are 124 certificate names in the adult diarrhea literature.After standardization,there are 13 certificate names.The most common 5 types are liver qispleen syndrome,spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,spleen deficiency syndrome.With damp heat and spleen syndrome.There are 47 certificates in the literature on diarrhea in children.After the standardization,the names of the certificates are summarized as 10 certificates.The dampness and spleen syndrome,the gastrointestinal stagnation syndrome,the spleen deficiency syndrome,the cold and dampness syndrome,and the spleen and stomach weakness syndrome are the most diarrhea in children.Common 5 syndrome types.3.The distribution pattern of adult diarrhea syndrome,the main disease syndrome is the spleen liver and kidney three organs,followed by stomach,small intestine / large intestine,heart and lung;the most important disease syndrome is qi stagnation,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,wet With heat,involving food,blood stasis,yin deficiency and blood deficiency.The distribution of diarrhea syndrome in children,the main disease syndrome is spleen,stomach,intestine,followed by kidney and liver;wet,heat,qi deficiency,cold and food are common pathological syndromes,involving external wind and yang deficiency Summer,qi stagnation.Pediatric diarrhea is mainly caused by spleen,and wet is the main disease syndrome.The basic pathogenesis of children is spleen deficiency and dampness.There are two combinations of diarrhea syndrome,and the combination of three syndromes is the most common combination of diarrhea.Conclusion:The main disease syndrome of adult diarrhea is the spleen,liver and kidney,and the main pathological syndromes are qi stagnation,qi deficiency,yang deficiency,dampness and heat.The main symptoms of diarrhea in children are spleen,stomach,and intestines.Wet,heat,qi deficiency,cold and food are common pathological syndromes.Because of the different physiological and pathological characteristics of adults and children,there are also differences between the disease and the disease.Through the study of the characteristics of diarrhea syndrome,it is found that diarrhea is caused by multiple causes,and the pathogenic mechanism is more complicated.There are many methods for syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine in diarrhea.The names of syndrome types involved are not uniform andirregular,and the distribution of syndromes is highly discrete.The syndrome elements extracted by the dialectical method with the core of syndromes cover most of the information about the lesions and pathological properties required for syndrome differentiation,and are intuitive and simple,which is conducive to standardized research.Therefore,starting from the evidence,it has a positive effect on the standardization of diarrhea.
