A Study On The Law Of Syndromes And Treatment Of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome In TCM Literature Based On Multivariate Statistical Analysis

Objective 1.To analyze and summarize the distribution of TCM syndromes of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome in recent ten years,and sum up the symptoms and signs of syndromes,and provide reference for TCM syndromes of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome.2.By using a variety of data analysis methods were used to dig out the TCM syndromes and symptom information of diarrhea predominant irritable bowel syndrome,and explore the TCM syndromes rule of the disease.3.To analysis the law of compatibility of different syndromes of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome treated by TCM,and to explain the relativity of the prescription.Material Methods:The related literatures of "diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome,syndrome type,symptom,syndrome differentiation and classification" were searched and retrieved in recent ten years(December 2008-2017 December).Including China Knowledge Network Database(CNKI),Wanfang data Knowledge Service platform,Chinese science and technology periodicals Full-text data Base(VIP),selected related to TCM syndrome differentiation,Chinese medicine treatment and other aspects of the relevant literature 936,after accurate check weight,access to 914 articles;According to the literature of this study to include and exclude standards,Finally,40 articles related to this subject are determined.There were 1346 cases involving cases,including 1050 cases involving specific symptoms and signs,1346 cases involving specific drug use,a summary of the above cases,the establishment of a literature information extraction table,and frequency analysis and principal component analysis of the symptoms and syndromes of 1050 cases of traditional Chinese medicine,and 1346 of the cases.Frequency analysis,correlation analysis,cluster analysis,principal component analysis and correlation analysis were performed in Chinese medicine cases.Results 1.According to the literature,the 20 types of syndromes summarized,of which 7 kinds of false and solid inclusions,accounting for 44.68%,accounted for the largest proportion,6 kinds,36.71% of the deficiency syndrome category,7 kinds of empirical classes,accounting for 18.24%.2.According to the literature,this article summed up diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome of Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome typing,in order: liver stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,liver and spleen syndrome,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome,spleen deficiency dampness sheng syndrome,fever syndromes seven syndromes.3.Diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome involves 52 TCM symptoms and signs,after normalization.The main symptoms of the percentage greater than 10% are: stool when diarrhea(63.05%),abdominal pain(53.05%),abdominal distension(52.76%),stool urgency(43.24%),food less satisfied(35.62%),anus Bulge(32.38%),fatigue Burnout(31.71%),Pain is diarrhea,after diarrhea(25.14%),tongue light fat,there are teeth marks(23.14%),Moss White(21.52%),abdominal distension Bowel(20.48%),pulse string Fine(19.71%),with mucus(17.71%),chest-threatening pain(17.62%),tension,irritation of the desire(17.43 %),the tightness isnot comfortable(16.86%),irritable(14.86%),good Sigh(14.76%),tongue quality Light(14.48%),abdominaldistension after eating(12.67%),after meal is diarr hea(12.48%),emotional depression(12.1%),cold limb(11.43%),Pulse-thin(11.24%),abdominal pain and joy by painful(11.14%),a total of 25 symptoms.4.Using the principal component analysis to extract the symptoms and signs of different syndrome types of diarrhea type irritable bowel syndrome:(1)liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome: after meal,diarrhea,abdominal distention,depression,pain and diarrhea,and after diarrhea.(2).Liver and spleen Disharmony Syndrome: pulse string is thin,impatient and irritable,good sighing,nervousness,irritability,nausea,eating less and worse.(3)Spleen and kidney yang deficiency syndrome: cold limbs cold,morning diarrhea,pulse sinking fine,white fur slippery,waist and knees soft.(4)The spleen and stomach weakness syndrome: God is tired and lazy,the complexion is yellow,the abdomen is dull,the pain is painful,the stomach is stuffy,the tongue is light,and the pulse is thin.(5)Spleen and stomach dampness heat syndrome: Red complexion,constipation,upset,bitter mouth,slippery pulse,greasy yellow,red tongue,and poor bowel movement.(6)Spleen deficiency and damp syndrome: defecation is not good,moss is white and greasy,food is careless or cold and diarrhea.(7)Cold and heat mixed syndrome: cold abdominal pain,anal burning.5.In the literature,the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome is related to 91-digit drug use,with a total of 28 small categories and 16 categories.Among them to fill the deficiency of medicine,qi-regulating drugs,heat-clearing drugs mostly.6.According to the analysis of the incidence of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome commonly used drugs are: atractylodes macrocephala-windproof,Atractylodes Macrocephala-Codonopsis,Atractylodes Macrocephala-Poria,radix paeoniae alba-windproof,atractylodes Macrocephala,such as Radix paeoniae Alba.7.Factor analysis showed that the 7 prescriptions were:(1)Blood enriching drugs + Qi regulating drugs + antipyretic drugs + clearing away heat herbs + dispelling wind and dampness herbs + activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis;(2)The mixture of diuresis,dampness and heat + clearing away phlegm,relieving cough,relieving asthma,removing wind and dampness and insect repellent;(3)Supplementing Yang + warming Li medicine + hemostasis;(4)Yang Supplementing + astringency + insect repellent + blood activating and stasis removing drugs;(5)Leothing and wetting medicine + acerbic medicine + dispelling wind dampness medicine + Anshen medicine;(6)Humidifying medicine + leothing and wetting medicine + purging medicine + deworming medicine;(7)Supplementing medicine + humidifying medicine + leudie wetting medicine + physical medicine.8.91-digit Chinese Medicine cluster analysis,four groups of clusters,analysis of this cluster group,the 1th category of pain and diarrhea to add and subtract.The 2nd category belongs to the gegen pill and the four God Pill added flavor category,the 3rd category belongs to the soup of the prescription,4th type of cold and cold medicine and use.9.Analysis of the correlation between the drug evidence:(1)liver Depression spleen deficiency syndrome related drugs are: atractylodes Macrocephala,Tangerine Peel,radix paeoniae alba,windproof,Bupleurum,Woody,Qiang Live,ebony,Coix seed,Corydalis,Pueraria,Acacia flower,paniculatum,orange shell;(2)liver and spleen are not related to the drugs are: Tangerine Peel,radix paeoniae alba,Licorice,Bupleurum,Astragalus,Pinellia,ginseng,Ju Jube,Alisma,live alone,ginger,orange shell,Magnolia officinalis;the(3)of spleen and Kidney Yang deficiency syndrome are: atractylodes Macrocephala,Codonopsis,Yam,Evodia,Buyang bone fat,nutmeg,cinnamon,aconite,atractylodes,Schisandra chinensis;(4)spleen and stomach weakness syndrome related drugs are: atractylodes macrocephala,Poria,Licorice,codonopsis,Yam,Qiang Live,Coix seed,jujube,white lentils,acacia flowers,paniculatum,(5),cinnamon,and spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome related drugs are: licorice,Woody,Astragalus,Coptis,Pinellia,Pueraria,solitary,ginger,white lentils,long,atractylodes,Magnolia officinalis;(6)spleen deficiency wet Sheng syndrome related drugs for Poria Cocos,Codonopsis,Woody,astragalus,Yam,ginseng,and cassia,cinnamon,atractylodes,Magnolia officinalis The drugs related to(7)fever and cold inclusion syndrome are: Radix paeoniae Alba,Poria Cocos,Liquorice,windproof,Woody,Ebony,Coptis,Corydalis,white lentils.Conclusion 1.The study shows that the disease is closely related to the liver,spleen and kidney,disease or deficiency,or real,or false and solid inclusions,mainly with false and real inclusions;the nature of the disease is mainly liver depression,spleen deficiency,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,phlegm dampness and damp heat.2.The common syndromes of the disease were liver and spleen syndrome,liver qi stagnation and spleen deficiency syndrome,spleen kidney yang deficiency syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome,spleen deficiency dampness syndrome and cold and heat syndrome seven types.3.IBS-D treatment is mainly based on Invigorating the spleen,supplementing the deficiency,dispersing the liver and regulating qi,supplemented by warming spleen and kidney,clearing away heat and dampness,applying cold and heat,supplementing and reducing diarrhea.
