Clinical Study On Treatment Of Diarrhea-type Irritable Bowel Syndrome (Syndrome Of Liver Depression And Spleen Deficiency) With Danggui Shaoyao Powder And Chaihu Shugan Powder

Objective: This subject is a clinical study on the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome)with Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder.Through the treatment of IBS-D(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome)patients with Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder,the effectiveness,rationality and safety of the treatment are verified,providing a more reasonable and effective method for the treatment of the disease.Methods: All the patients in this study were from the outpatient department of liver,spleen and stomach diseases of the affiliated hospital of Changchun university of traditional Chinese medicine,and all belonged to IBS-D(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome).the patients who met the criteria were divided into two groups randomly,i.e.36 patients in the treatment group and 36 patients in the control group.the treatment group lost 3patients and the control group lost 2 patients.The treatment group was treated with Danggui Shaoyao Powder and Chaihu Shugan Powder,decocted with water in the morning and evening for 4 weeks.The other group is the control group,treated with guchang antidiarrheal pill,and taken continuously for 4 weeks.Observe and record the changes of related symptoms before and after treatment,and statistically analyze the recorded results with SPSS statistical software,thus reaching a conclusion,which is to verify the effectiveness,rationality and safety of Danggui Shaoyao Powder and Chaihu Shugan Powder in treating IBS-D(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome).Results:(1)Evaluation of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms:according to the comparison of curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms before and after treatment,among 33 patients in the treatment group,5 patients were cured(15.15%),9 patients were markedly effective(27.27%),17 patients were effective(51.51%),2 patients were ineffective(6.06%),and the total effective rate of treatment was 93.93%;Among the 34 patients in the control group,2 were cured(5.88%),8 were markedly effective(23.52%),20 were effective(58.82%),4 were ineffective(11.76%),and the total effective ratewas 88.23%.Compared with the control group,the curative effect of TCM symptoms in the treatment group is significantly different(p < 0.05),which indicates that the curative effect of TCM symptoms in the treatment group is better than that in the control group.(2)Total symptom score evaluation: the total symptom score before treatment in the treatment group is24.30±2.88,the total symptom score after treatment in the treatment group is 8.54±4.96,the total symptom score before treatment in the control group is 24.55 ± 2.46,and the total symptom score after treatment in the control group is 11.41±4.76.The comparison between the two groups before treatment shows that the total score of TCM symptoms before treatment in the treatment group and the control group is P>0.05,with no significant difference and comparability.Compared with the treatment group before and after treatment,P<0.05,compared with the control group before and after treatment,P<0.05 has significant difference,indicating that both groups can improve TCM symptoms.The comparison between the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,has a significant statistical difference,indicating that the treatment group is significantly better than the control group in improving TCM symptoms.(3)IBS-SSS scale score changes: 252.72±19.56 before treatment in the treatment group,89.39±52.97 after treatment in the treatment group,251.47±22.58 before treatment in the control group,and 131.47±62.72 after treatment in the control group.IBS-SSS scores of the two groups of patients were compared within the group.Compared before and after treatment,P<0.05,with significant difference,indicating that both groups can improve IBS-SSS scores.Compared with the two groups after treatment,P<0.05,with significant statistical difference,indicating that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group in improving IBS-SSS score.Conclusion: According to the statistical data,the conclusion is drawn that Danggui Shaoyao Powder combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder has obvious curative effect on IBS-D(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome),can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of life of patients,and provides a more effective treatment scheme for clinical treatment of IBS-D(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome).
