The Clinical Research Of ChangAn Decoction In The Treatment Of Chronic Diarrhea Of Stomach Type Diarrhea (Irritable Bowel Syndrome Type Diarrhea)

Objectives:Observe ChangAn decoction in the treatment of Irritable bowel syndrome(Irritable bowel syndrome,IBS) of diarrhea,TCM dialectical stomach type for the clinical curative effect of diarrhea,and from two aspects of theory and clinical research into ChangAn decoction in the treatment of diarrhea type IBS mechanism,the objective evaluation of the effectiveness and safety.In the clinical application of guidance.Methods:120 patients with chronic diarrhea diagnosed as GanYuPiXu by TCM were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the sequence of seeing the doctor.60 cases in treatment group are treated with ChangAn Tang,60 patients in control group are given the capsule of GuShenChangAn.Comprehensive effect and TCM syndrome integrals after treatment,for three months after treatment,recurrence rate, adverse reactions etc were compared.Results:①The comprehensive effect after treatment evaluation: After treatment,the healing rate of treatment group is 6.67%,the efficiency is 33.33%,the effective percentage is 55.00%,the inefficiency rate is 5.00%,the total effective rate is 95.00%.of control group,The recovery rate is 1.67%,efficiency and effectiveness is 28.33%and 61.67%,inefficiency to 8.33 percent, its highest rate for 91.67%,the total effective rate.By statistical analysis,two groups of patients after treatment,the comprehensive effect has no significant differences.Instant effect of ChangAn decoction in the treatment of chronic diarrhea is equivalent to GuShenChangAn.②TOM syndrome integral evaluation after treatment and three months after march treatment: TCM syndromes integrals of two groups are significantly improved (P<0.01),but the improvement of the integral bluff syndrome after treatment and three months after treatment in treatment group is better than that in control group(P＜0.05).ChangAn decoction has significantly improved the curative effect of TCM syndrome,is better than GuShenChangAn.③The comprehensive curative effect evaluation after treatment for 3 months:after treatment,for treatment group,the heal rate is 6.67%,efficiency and effectiveness are 25.00%and 53.33%,inefficiency is 15.00%,the total effective rate is 85.00%.For control group,the heal rate is 1.67%,efficiency 11.67%effectiveness 48.33%,inefficience 38.33%,the total effective rate 61.67%.By statistical analysis, comprehensive effect of two groups of patients after three months of treatment has significant difference,the comprehensive effect of treatment group is significantly better than control group (P<0.05).The long-term effect of ChangAn decoction in the treatment of chronic diarrhea is better than GuShenChangAn.④Recurrence rate of patients in two groups compared:recurrence rate in treatment group is 8.33%and of control group 25.00%.The recurrence rate in control group was obviously higher than treatment group(P<0.001).ChangAn decoction in the treatment of chronic diarrhea have more advantages.Conclusions:ChangAn decoction can effectively relieve chronic diarrhea symptoms,and can effectively prompted chronic diarrhea healing,reduce to heal the chronic diarrhea after recurrence.In the process of medications found no toxicity or harm of heart,liver, kidney and other important organs and the hematopoietic system. ChangAn decoction is a Chinese material medica preparation which has definite effect,is safe without adverse reaction for chronic diarrhea,and in the treatment of chronic diarrhea is hopeful achieving certain breakthrough.
